Stoney Creek North Star Vacation

The unit is well maintained, clean and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, as it's very close to walking to everything but in a location that's not terribly busy.
On a rainy day when we wanted to watch TV, the Shaw service wasn't working so we called for assistance. I thought the response time in dealing with this was poor. That said, it didn't affect our stay as we didn't go there to watch TV, however I'd be concerned about the response time if it was for something that was critical to our stay.

An excellent stay in Whistler

We loved our stay at North Star Stoney Creek. Although check in is not on site, it's an easy walk and not far away. Once in the apartment everything you could possibly need for your holiday is supplied.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans, appliances plus extras like tea, coffee, paper towels, garbage bags etc. The living area is cosy and comfortable with a nice gas fireplace and there is a seperate dining area. The laundry has a washer and dryer with detergent supplied and there is even a glove dryer. There's also a small foyer area with a cupboard and hooks for jackets and ski gear.
The complex has a heated pool and spa. We found the unit to be very quiet. In terms of location our expectations were exceeded. There is an IGA and coffee shops just across the road, along with the free shuttle to the gondolas that comes every 10 minutes. The village walkway and all that the village has to offer is also just across the road.
If we are lucky enough to come back to Whistler in the future this would definitely be our first choice for accommodation.View Full Review

We enjoyed our stay at Carsten and Madleneâ??s property. The location is excellent and the unit has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The awesome pool was the highlight for our children. We were impressed with the excellent communication and owner responsiveness we experienced during our stay because of an unexpected cleaning issue beyond their control.

Guest Stay Policies

After the guest leaves, the unit is inspected and if everything is found in order, the $500 is refunded on their credit card after 10 days of departure.|
