I was pleased with this property and have stayed in the North Village location many times it suits my needs. Many would find a closer to the Gondola location preferable, but this area works for me.
Westwind Property Rentals was very easy to work with and attentive. The alluraDirect site has always been a valuable resource.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Sunpath, Westwind Properties was awesome, and I look forward to returning!

Website Service Fee | Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Complaints Concerning Property | Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | Any cleaning upon departure deemed to be excessive will result in a $200 additional cleaning charge. Please make every effort to tidy before you leave. Dishwasher loaded and garbage removed is a huge help for our housekeeping staff |
Excessive Noise | Please respect the complex quiet time of 10pm to 8am. Any noise complaints could result in a building strata fine or eviction |
Forgotten Items by Guest | Please make every effort to take all personal belongings with you upon departure. Forgotten items may be returned at guest expense. |
