Mountain contemporary 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome located in the exclusive Fitzsimmons Walk complex, offering the best in deluxe West Coast Alpine Contemporary style. Situated just north of Whistler Village, this property offers guests 3 and a half levels of spacious living. Leading from the double car garage with ample space for 2 vehicles is a private laundry closet and large entrance foyer with boot dryer and mud room. Continue up a flight of stairs, you are welcomed onto the lower level of the townhome featuring a media room and wet bar, access to an outdoor gas fireplace sitting area and private hot tub. The fourth and lower level bedroom has a king bed, which can be converted into a two twins upon request, and has access to an ensuite shared bathroom with stand-up steam shower.

The main living level is completely open concept and features a gourmet professional kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, built in espresso machine and large island seating. Centered on this level is the dining table, overlooking a sunk in living room with gas fireplace. Expanded outdoor living can be enjoyed year round on the covered balcony with built-in BBQ. A powder room sits next to the kitchen along with a spacious pantry with wine fridge.

The top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite with king bed, which can be converted into two twins upon request, offers a large walk-in closet, private balcony with mountain views and spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass enclosed shower, and soaker tub with see through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has a two twins, which can be converted into a king upon request and the third bedroom is set up with a queen beds. A shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top level with expansive vaulted ceilings.

The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, approximately 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive. A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive (approximately $2.50 per ride). Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. Adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center. Guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi place, a liquor store, coffee shop and other retail outlets.

Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.

Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

Amazing place and location!

This has been our fifth stay at Fitzsimmons Walk and we absolutely love this location and this particular home has some huge perks for my family which include the amazing drying room and heated ski boot and gloves rack. It is well maintained and close to the village. The walking trail that leads to the village is beautiful as well.

I highly recommend this place. We have stayed many places in Whistler and by far, Fitzsimmons surpasses everywhere. We hope to be back next year!

Stay was great. One note for maintenance staff: toilet paper holder in lower level ensuite needs adjustment or replacement. Otherwise no issues we could see with anything except Hot tub cover could be made more user friendly for opening and closing. Very nice, well maintained property.

Unbelievable Whistler Getaway

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this location for Thanksgiving and its outstanding! Its so big and just well decorated. It feels like home away from home. We have 5 year old twins and its awesome to have the media room which serves as playroom. Wonderful for them to have that extra space. The beds are comfy, the showers are relaxing, the hot tub is perfect for post ski and the kitchen is stunning! I do not have one complaint or change. Owners are easy to work with. Highly recommended! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving super special!

This unit far exceeded our expectations and we would return to this property with no hesitation. We are a family of five and had more than enough room. There were areas of the house we didn't even get to use! If you like contemporary style, this is the place for you!

This was an early summer visit for us so I can't comment on the ease of access for skiing but we were a very short drive to the main village well suited to explore the larger Whistler area.

This unit is EXTREMELY WELL maintained and the hot tub is a real plus after long days of hiking or mountain biking. My only complaint was with the rental company representatives. We were a late check-in (around midnight) and after speaking with the rental company, it took nearly 40 minutes for someone to arrive and give us our keys. Apparently there was a communication issue with the security company who handles the late check-ins but after a long travel day, this was unfortunate.

That issue aside, the unit itself was absolutely perfect for us and we highly recommend it.

Perfect 40th Birthday Ski Trip and Heli Adventure

I spent hours searching for the right house for our 40th birthday ski trip. My wife and I went with our brothers and skied WB for three days with heli on the fourth day. We selected this house for its recent construction, number of beds, appearance, and value. It did not disappoint and was perfect in nearly every way. It was the best vacation property we have stayed in and certainly the cleanest and best appointed.

The bedrooms were spacious, bedding was excellent and the ample baths beautiful. My wife would have me emphasize the heated floors and double sided fireplace in the Master which we used daily. Although we hardly used the kitchen, it is very large, well equipped, and perfect for any gourmet. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and boot/glove heater as we spent no less than six hours on the mountain each day and needed these for our recovery as well as our equipment's.

My biggest concern during my evaluation was convenience to the base for beginning and ending the ski day. This concern was quickly erased. There is a shuttle bus stop in front of the complex and I am sure this would have worked fine. That being said, we all agreed that the owners suggestion to drive to and park at the ski in ski out lot #6 is the right one. We had two minivans that we stored in the heated two car garage right under the condo and used them every day to quickly move to and from lot #6 to access the Blackcomb Gondola. It always had space close to its loading lines and we either uploaded or downloaded depending where we wanted to ski that day. Additionally, the free village parking pass we were given allowed us to use the same vans to frequent the village without walking or waiting for the shuttle. For those of you considering whether to rent a car from Vancouver airport or using a shuttle, I think having your own car at your disposal is well worth the little additional cost if any to have this freedom and convenience especially when combined with this fabulous house.

You would have thought this house was just constructed. It exceeded my high expectations and I'd like to thank the owners for responding to our rental request.

Excellent stay in Whistler!

Highly recommend this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The concierge was extremely helpful before, during and even after our stay. The only thing that could have been better is if there were a few staples provided in the kitchen so you didn't have purchase everything yourself. Other than that, everything was excellent!

House was perfect for families

This property is incredible. Very convenient location to being close to the village and other amenities.

The house fit our personal and family needs very well - we had three families with children (ages 8, 6, 2 and 6 months) all staying together and everyone had their own space to talk/play. The adults took advantage of the large kitchen/living room while the kids played games in the bottom floor and the little babies were able to nap soundly on the top floor. It was perfect.

Ideal to spend a week skiing at Whistler

What you see in the pictures is what you get, and much more. The house/condo is really spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, all elegantly decorated. The kitchen is huge and having a TV room with a bar and a jacuzzi right next to it is a great bonus. I would totally recommend this place for any family or group of friends of at least a party of 6 to appreciate the value of this property. Smaller groups can enjoy it as well but the cost per night per person might feel a little pricey.

My only two "complains" are...

1) the heating device doesn't work properly: if you want to be able to warm up the 2nd and 3rd levels, the heat needs to be so high that 1st level feels practically hot like hell; and if you want to have the 1st level at a comfy temperature, then you'll feel cold on the 2nd and 3rd levels (nothing that can't be fixed with a sweater on)

2) the kitchen looks great and it is fully functional but it definitely could be better equipped (e.g. pans, pots, spices etc).

Still, as I said, I fully recommend this place.

This place was just incredible for my family's needs!

Although there are a lot of stairs, the layout was perfect! Kids could play in the den and adults could relax in the living room having our own space. The location was perfect and so close to the Village. Hot tub, fireplaces, mud room, beautiful kitchen, master bathroom


I could go on and on.I want to go back!!! We will be back!!!

This house was amazing and perfect in every way. I didn't think it could possibly be better than the pictures and it was. Only suggestions would be some instructions for the, coffee steamer, the TV's as there for many remotes and it was confusing and instructions for heat as we couldn't get it to stay on all night long. Otherwise, absolutely awesome.

Great Golf Getaway!

We have never rented a house before so we were very pleased with the accommodations. I gave 5 stars for everything because there was not a single thing that we could complain about. There were 7 of us. We definitely saved a lot of money when compared to what we would have had to pay for a hotel and meals out.

The house was very big and very spacious. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very nice and we took full advantage by cooking everyday. There's a big fridge and extra bar fridges for all the extra drinks. All the bedrooms were very nice with excellent beds. It was very nice to have a lot of bedrooms and we could all spread out. It was also nice to have a secure garage for 2 cars and the visitors spot was even convenient. The hot tub was nice too. It would have been nice if we could use it a little later into the night.

We walked into the village everyday and it was a short 10-15 minute walk. Very easy and it felt much shorter than it really was. We will definitely look at coming back with other friends and families too.

Fabulous Vacation Rental in Whistler

This town home is absolutely beautiful.
It is centrally located so that everything is a short walk or bike ride away.
The private 2 car garage allows for safe storage of bikes.
The kitchen was my favorite room in the house. It was an absolute joy to cook in. The unit was pristinely clean, which is an important factor for me.
The area is very quiet at night and overall this was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in.
