Mountain contemporary 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom townhome located in the exclusive Fitzsimmons Walk complex, offering the best in deluxe West Coast Alpine Contemporary style. 

Situated just north of Whistler Village, this property offers guests three and a half levels of spacious living. Leading from the double car garage with ample space for 2 vehicles is a private laundry closet and a large entrance foyer with a boot dryer and mudroom. Continue up a flight of stairs, you are welcomed onto the lower level of the townhome featuring a media room and wet bar, access to an outdoor gas fireplace sitting area, and a private hot tub. The fourth and lower level bedroom has a king bed, which can be converted into two twins upon request, and has access to an ensuite shared bathroom with a stand-up steam shower.

The main living level is a completely open concept and features a gourmet professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and large island seating. Centered on this level is the dining table, overlooking a sunk-in living room with a gas fireplace. Expanded outdoor living can be enjoyed year-round on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. A powder room sits next to the kitchen along with a spacious pantry with a wine fridge.


The top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite with a king bed, which can be converted into two twins upon request, offers a large walk-in closet, a private balcony with mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and soaker tub with a see-through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has two twins, which can be converted into a king upon request and the third bedroom is set up with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top-level with expansive vaulted ceilings.

LOCATION

The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.

Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes. 

Walking: approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.

Public Transit: There is a public bus stop is located just a 5 minute walk away. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7 minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).

Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. 


CONCIERGE SERVICE

Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.


AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.


CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Guests are to check in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

This has been our fifth stay at Fitzsimmons Walk and we absolutely love this location and this particular home has some huge perks for my family which include the amazing drying room and heated ski boot and gloves rack. It is well maintained and close to the village. The walking trail that leads to the village is beautiful as well.

I highly recommend this place. We have stayed many places in Whistler and by far, Fitzsimmons surpasses everywhere. We hope to be back next year!

Stay was great. One note for maintenance staff: toilet paper holder in lower level ensuite needs adjustment or replacement. Otherwise no issues we could see with anything except Hot tub cover could be made more user friendly for opening and closing. Very nice, well maintained property.

The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive. A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive (approximately $2.50 per ride). Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. For guests visiting in the winter months (December- March) we provide one parking pass per unit for an underground parking garage located in the main village center, about a 2-3 minute walk to the base of the mountain. Adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center. Guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi place, a liquor store, a coffee shop and other retail outlets.
