Spacious Whistler ski house

This ski house was a great set up for two families to share. The layout of the house gives each family some personal space, while also allowing the kids to bunk together. Marcel was a great host and answered all of our questions ahead and and during the trip. The house has all the amenities you need when traveling with small children (laundry, full sized kitchen, hot tub in the back yard!). Thank you for sharing your house with us, we will definitely keep this one bookmarked for future trips!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Reservation Changes If availability permits, and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availibility permits. If you would like to shorten your booking however, note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, it will be re-adjusted to reflect the shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4 pm. Earlier check-in may be possible. Contact us for details.
Check-Out Time 10 am. You will be charged $35 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed on to you. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you by phone, afterwhich you can use this online payment system to make the appropriate payment (damage, cleaning and garbage removal cost).
Excessive Noise $200 fine from our property strata. By accepting the Guest Stay Contract you agree to our charging your credit card for all fines incurred during your stay.
Garbage Removal Instructions for garbage bag removal will be provided. Excessive garbage in the suite that results in additional costs will be forwarded to you
Housekeeping Depend on the number of nights you stay with us. I will inform you specific dates the suite will be thoroughly cleaned.
Liability We are expressly excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, whilst in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24-hour cell. Complete emergency information will be provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 9 people overnight. Strictly enforced
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Eviction for excessive noise.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
