 Welcome to my vacation home in Whistler! 

Guests have told me my home has one of the the best locations in town.  It is only a 5-7 minute walk to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountain gondolas.  Walk out the front door of the lodge to stores, restaurants, amenities and services. The Audain Art Museum is across the street as is the public library and the Maury Young Arts Center and Theatre.  The First Nations Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is only a short walk away. Park your car in the secure underground parking garage (nightly fee) and forget about it!

The Whistler Town Plaza front desk services ensure quick and easy check in and check out and the friendly staff are available to help with questions about the resort, discount tickets and assistance with any housekeeping or maintenance concerns.

My corner unit is one of the largest in Eagle Lodge and facing SW is bright and cheerful even on overcast days.  There is a roomy deck overlooking the plaza which is great for watching family entertainment under the gazebo, the people walking by and the children playing. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite.  The kitchen is fully supplied with all you need to cook or bake at home. Please scroll down to see all the amenities in the unit.

Downstairs there is a large common hot tub, exercise room, and secure ski and bike storage.

Comfortable, spacious and great location in the heart of the village bustle and only one floor up. Really lovely property and easy check in. Bike storage easy to access and close to trails for cycling. Just perfect for what we wanted. Plus points are location, comfort and furnishing. However, I found the kitchen is under-equipped in terms of serving and baking dishes, and there was water dripping from somewhere outside noisily onto the metal roof outside the master bedroom in the night. The wifi was very hit or miss, and kept dropping out. We stayed only three nights so not deal breakers and didn't raise these with reception; a longer stay and these would have been annoying.

As an Australian, I didn’t realise when I booked the accommodation that the dates were for the MLK public holiday. It turned out to be very noisy with guests above us starting a snowball fight with party revellers in the stroll at about 12.30am. This was a very clean, very well appointed unit in the heart of it all. The balcony overlooks the Village Stroll, and was a nice place to cool off if it got too warm in the unit. The kitchen was a nice feature, and we took advantage of the fridge and microwave to have some breakfast and other goodies. The furniture was clean and comfortable, and the fireplace was very nice. The washer/dryer was very efficient. The hot tub was nice. The only negative was the wifi was somewhat hit or miss. We had a hard time connecting some devices. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would gladly stay here again!

Overall our stay in this condo was very good. We did however find the mattress in the main bedroom too soft for us. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Great location and it was lovely to watch the world go by from the balcony. Central for all activities that Whistler had to offer. We love staying in this condo when we travel to Whistler! The location is very convenient and we can walk to most places we want to go. It does tend to get noisy at night because of its proximity to restaurants and the gazebo outside (which tends to entice young kids and noisy teenagers). This isn't usually a problem, but because of the heat this last visit, it would have been very nice to open the windows at night, but we couldn't because of the noise.

The living room has a small air conditioner, which kept the unit comfortable, but the bedrooms got VERY warm which made sleeping difficult. A portable air conditioner rather than a fan would solve that problem and muffle some of the outdoor noise. It's usually not that hot at Whistler, but we just happened to be there during a week of high-80 degree temperatures and it definitely wasn't as comfortable as it could have been.

We love the layout of the condo, though, for us and our two kids. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Whistler.

We loved this property. The location was convenient and the owner had taken the time to add a bunch of special touches that you wouldn't find at a generic hotel. Apart from the usual towels and such - we had umbrellas,board games, spices, a packpack we could borrow - even a bit of coffee in the fridge to get us started. Very considerate! Thank you!

I've always stayed in the Deer/Eagle/Bear Lodge Condos, and this one felt more spacious than the other condos I've stayed at in the property. My party had 6, and we slept comfortably. the view from the balcony is great, as you can see out into the Village.

Location is great, you're in the middle of it all. It's a short ~5-7 minute walk to the gondolas. The pictures and description are accurate, and check in was very easy. Vivien's additional driving directions were super helpful. I'd definitely stay here again on my next Whistler visit.

A Fantastic Long Weekend in Whistler

My ski buddies and I had a really great time this year in Whistler. Vivian's rental was nice and clean and has everything you need. Shopping and restaurants are literally right out your door. There is even a currency exchange downstairs.

The parking garage is secure as are the ski lockers. Walking to and from the slopes wasn't too long, but for people with kids it might be a challenge. I would suggest hopping on the bus which probably runs nearby.

Best place to stay but not bike friendly

The condo is complete with everything needed for a nice staying. Very well located in the middle of the village and Vivien always do her best to help us. If you are planning to go with you bike, be advised that bikes are not allowed in the upper floors, it shall stay in a messy a bike room without any kind of surveillance or insurance.

Fantastic accommodation right in the heart of Whistler. The condo was much bigger than we expected with a great layout. The kitchen had great amenities (that are often missing in rentals) such as coffee, sugar, olive oil, ketchup, mustard, lots of spices, etc. We really appreciated that.

Everything was very clean and organized. And the location was perfect with a view right into the village. We were able to sit on the balcony and listen to the live music playing in the square right outside the unit and "people watch"

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had everything we needed and was very centrally located to the shops, restaurants and amenities in town. Communication with the host was fantastic, thorough, and timely, and the information was well appreciated.

Was very impressed with unit! The rooms and the layout was very warm and inviting. The details are what impressed me the most such as a backpack left for use. A stroller to use in case a young family forgot theirs. The location was perfect, very central.

The only thing i would recommend would be to change the mattresses. Very soft like s marshmellows. It was funny cause as soon as my husband got in the bed we would slide into the middle. Other than that it is a wonderful and very clean unit. Would definitely recommend it and would come back myself!

This apartment was extremely comfortable and convenient. The two bathrooms were luxurious and well equipped. We even got bathrobes in both bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, even a washer and drier. The living room and dining room were spacious and perfect for family dining. Everything was spotlessly clean. One great feature of this apartment is the location - right in the center of all the action in Whistler.

Stayed here over President's Day weekend 2016 for a snowboarding trip with 6 adults, and this apartment was absolutely perfect! The apartment had everything we needed, and the balcony had a perfect view of the village. We even BBQ'd on the balcony one night! The kitchen and two bathrooms were exactly what we needed.

Location is perfectly centered in the village, right next to the Olympic Park. Short walking distance to the ski lifts, shops, and grocery stores. We loved the ski lockers (able to fit 3 snowboards), and the hot tub after a long day on the mountain. Parking was located in the garage ($15/night). We look forward to staying on here during our next visit to Whistler!

Best value and location available in Whistler!!

Value and location are an understatement! This was our 5th stay in Whistler and our 1st time at Eagle Lodge. Perfect location for everything and we were lucky enough to have live music playing most of the weekend just below in the gazebo. Just opened up the door to the patio and had the best seats available.

We are bike park riders and the lodge is close enough to come back for lunch or take a rest between runs down the hill. Only negative is bike storage, just could not leave $15,000 in downhill bikes in a very small storage room with 50 other bikes. There are other alternatives for storage available, so not a big problem.

As others have said, it can be a bit noisy in the early morning hours when the clubs shut down... but can actually be fairly entertaining as well. This will DEFINITELY be our go to place for lodging from now on. Best value is Whistler hands down!!

We have stayed in Whistler a number of times at various Vacation Homes and we truly feel this was one of the best we have stayed at. The Kitchen is well stocked with good quality pans, basic needs and the kids loved having the cupboard full of puzzles and games and books.

The location is excellent and you have to remember that you are staying in the heart of the village so if you are looking for a quiet retreat this may not be the location you are after.

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.


Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and Guests are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.
