Our Whistler Northern Lights #42 condominium is a tranquil hideaway at the end of the Northern Lights Strata.

The large open kitchen invites for cooking together without missing the conversation going on in the living room and the dining area.

Three spacious bedrooms on the lower floor and one large bedroom on the upper floor, all with en-suite bathrooms allowing everybody to retreat and relax. Every bedroom has one HD-TV and in-wall speakers. In the whole house there is free WiFi available and a large TV/video projector is located in the living room.

Super large Hot tub (capacity 8 people) on the private balcony, ski runs are ski in and only a short 5 to 10 minute warm-up walk up away. There is parking for two vehicles in the garage and two on the driveaway.

Nice house, lots of technology

The house is really nice, including a home wide automation system and Japanese toilet seats! That said, there is a surveillance camera in the living room that's a bit creepy, and the home automation is hard to use if you want to plug in your own device. Given these considerations, I'd recommend, but tread lightly!

The condominium has been set up for convenience. Enter through the garage door with your skis, place the skis in the rack; hang up your helmet and ski jacket, put your gloves and boots on the boot and glove dryer.  Enter a secure door into the main entry way. An additional walk in closet has 10 hooks for all of your jackets and backpacks.

The master bedroom with a king size bed and a very nice en-suite bathroom is accessed via the main entry way directly. Moving downstairs your in the living room / dining room area with the open kitchen which was extended in 2017 and a nice gas fire place. On your way downstairs you get to the first bedroom with a bunk bed (double/single)and a en-suite bathroom.

On the lowest level there is one large bedroom with a king-size bed and a small private balcony. The second bedroom downstairs has one queen bed and one bunk bed (double/single). Both bedrooms on the lower level have as well an en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has an own HD-TV and in-wall speakers.

Balcony One small balcony on the mid-level next to the living room area, including the BBQ. On the lower level there is another small balcony which can be accessed via one bedroom.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Check-In Time 4 pm. Early check in may be available so contact us prior to arrival.
Check-Out Time 11 am. Late check out may be available so contact us prior to arrival and check out.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. If guests cause the hot tub water to be drained and replaced due to un-clean use, the cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest.
Excessive Noise You may be evicted due to excessive noise that disturbs other guests. No refunds will be provided.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage and recycling to the disposal area at the top end of Tantalus Drive. We also request that the fridge be cleaned out and that the dishwasher be turned on at the end of the stay.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability The Guests, or the guests and/or other invitees or trespasser(s) of the Guests, shall, at all times, hold the Owners of #42 4150 Tantalus Drive safe and harmless from and indemnify them, on a solicitor and his own client basis, against any and all actions, matters of actions, causes of action, liabilities, claims, demands, suites, damages, losses, injuries, loss of life, consequential or other indirect damages including pure economic loss, suffered by any person, organization or corporation, arising or in any way connected with the rental of #42 4150 Tantalus Drive by the Guests from the Owners of #42 4150 Tantalus Drive.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Strictly no noise. You may be evicted due to excessive noise that disturbs other guests. No refunds will be provided.

Property Damage Guests assume all responsibility for property damage incurred by them themselves and their guests. Damages include excessive cleaning, repair costs, replacement costs, call out charge costs and fines with respect to the condominium and the Northern Lights Property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

The house is accessed from the top: garage and entry level are at the top level. The Master bedroom is also on the top level. 

Going down one level you access the living and dining room area with a large kitchen. The deck with the covered hot tub is also on this level. 

Going further down there is  a mid-level with one bedroom before coming down to the lowest level with two bedrooms and a seperate laundry.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bath, all equipped with towel heater, Japanese toilet seats and floor heating. In every bedroom there is a TV screen. 

In the living room area above the gas fire place we have a beamer where you can watch with your family and friends sports events on an extra large screen. This screen is also visible from outside: sitting in the hot tub, relaxing and watching your favourite TV.

The hot tub is extra large (8 persons) and an automatic blind covers the view from the street on the back. 

The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together with two sinks, two oven (one gas oven, one combi steam-oven), microwave and gas stove. 

In the garage you find space for two larger cars, skis, ski boot and glove heater. Furthermore there is private parking on the drive way for another two cars.

Welcome to our condominium rental page!

We have focused on making every stay in our condominium as enjoyable and convenient as possible.

We have an affinity for IT which you might experience when staying in our condominium. We like skiing in the winter and hiking, biking and golfing in the summer time. As we are Swiss we love cheese; therefore you'll find all tools to make a real Swiss Fondue or a Raclette with a chees wheel.
