Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

We have been coming to the Glacier Lodge every year for the past 11 years, staying in all kinds of different rooms and this one was yet another success.
Check in/ check out was simple enough. Location for us was absolutely perfect. Pool and amenities were decent. The room itself was perfect for the 8 of us, not once did it feel too small or crammed, and having a balcony was a big bonus too! Kitchen had some very nice updated appliances for a big group like ours, and the living area was very cozy.
However I found the queen size beds in the one bedroom much too firm so I didnâ??t have very good sleeps, and we believe one of them had bedbugs... another couple we went up with woke up every morning with new bug bites weâ??ve never seen before... could be something else but we will be contacting the owners regarding this, just to be safe.View Full Review

Great location for skiing! Only 4 walking minutes to the Blackcomb base. And easy access.
The condo itself might be a bit tight and cosy, but it is well appointed, clean, and very much like the appealing pictures in the posting. Easy 8-10 minutes stroll to the Whistler base (through a lovely path) for shopping or dining.
We were 6 people (4 adults 2 kids) and we had most of our dinners and lunches at the condo since it is so easy to reach. Didnâ??t need a car for the whole week! If youâ??re looking for bars and restaurants go to the Whistler base, if youâ??re looking for a quieter family friendly, go the Blackcomb base. Love love loved this place. It was a perfect size for one our group (1 couple and 2 other adults), although you could easily sleep more people. It had a very clean feeling and was great being able to use the outdoor pool and hot tub.
We came in a slow season to Whistler so the Upper Village restaurants did close quite early but we were happy to make the short trek to the main village for late diners, etc. Thanks!View Full Review
