Please enjoy this beautifully renovated one bedroom condo in the very popular Marquise.

Located on the 5 th floor this quiet end unit condo has very nice views of Blackcomb. The building has a fabulous year round heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna plus fitness room. Located just above the village it is a short shuttle ride to the village and Lost Lake cross country trails are minutes away.

You will certainly enjoy your vacation in this condo.

We were in 5**, an end unit. Very quiet. The shuttle bus was a great way to get in and out of the village. We asked to depart the property by 11:00 am instead of 10:00 and this request was accommodated.

The only thing we hadn't anticipated was that our use of the security code ended at 10:00am, which was problematic when we accessed the parking garage with the luggage cart and discovered we could not access the building to return the cart or to get our skis out of the ski storage area. Luckily the cleaning crew was on the 5th floor when we departed our unit, so we were able to seek them out for assistance.

Our stay was very pleasant and we look forward to returning to this property in the future.

We loved our stay. Easy to get to the hill, quiet building and neighborhood. Definitely will be coming back to this building. One evening there was an excessive noise coming from condo below and as soon as I emailed our contacts, it has been sorted out and no problems again. People in the building were friendly too.

The suite was an excellent place to stay in Whistler. It was very close to the Blackcomb lifts (right by the path to the lifts) and only a 15 minute walk to Whistler village.

The suite is in very good condition and very clean. It has all the basic amenities and is well furnished. The condo building has parking (at a cost) and lockers that can be used for storage.

I would stay here again.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Please respect the building quiet time of 10pm to 8am. Any noise complaints could result in eviction or a fine.
Forgotten Items by Guest Please make every effort to take all belongings home with you. If by chance you forget an item we can send it back to you at your expense
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee

Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.
