The Best unit in the complex! Great parking, fit my big truck! Enjoyed the full size hottub and BBQ on private deck with views of mountains and trees! Comfy beds, great kitchen, and private and comfortable feel. Will be coming back!

I have typically stayed in slope side lodging on my visits to Whistler - this is my first experience in the Market Place area. I have to say the bus transport to the the base area is super convenient and is only a few steps from the condo. Also very pleased with access to the market and liquor store as well as access to the village. Great location.

The condo had everything we needed for cooking in and is outfitted with a superb private hot tub - a very nice feature after a hard day on the mountain. The owner was exceptional in immediate response to my queries and even allowed us a late checkout to enable us to ski most of our last day and still be able to tidy up before leaving.

I highly recommend this location.

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay this is it, look no further!! Frank was an absolutely a pleasure to deal with. The location, amenities and the condo itself was perfect. Walking distance to the shuttle and whistler village! I mean less than 2 minutes! A hot tub was a must for us and the views cant be beat from this one!! Beds and furniture were comfortable!! We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone heading west.

The unit is situated across the street from Marketplace Lodge  which contains the IGA grocery store, liquor store, drug store, Starbucks etc. There's also a free shuttle that will take you from across the street of the front of the building complex to the base of the hill in the winter.

Our condo had a recent makeover with new carpets, in ceiling lighting, living room chair, surround sound system, BBQ, private hot tub, guest room twin over queen bed, lines as well as lots of new kitchen supplies. It's kept to the highest standard to ensure you will have an unforgettable vacation.

The complex also has an excellent fitness facility with an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and excersize room. The pool area is fully visible from the top deck and about a 50 steps away from the front door.

We are located in village north, very close to downtown Whistler, right across the street from Marketplace Lodge on Northlands Blvd. At Marketplace Lodge, there is a grocery, liquor and drug store as well as Starbucks and many other stores for convenient shopping. It's about a ten minute walk to get to downtown to lots of excellent restaurants and nightlife that Whistler has to offer.

The free shuttle to ski lifts is just across the street and the condo also backs onto the paved Valley trail, a perfect place to start a bike ride or lace up the roller blades or hiking boots to start your adventure.

Please note that damage deposit will be returned as soon as the cleaning service informs us that nothing was damaged or missing as well as that there were no excess cleaning fees as a result of the tenant conduct. Not Suitable For:

People with Restricted Mobility Unfortunately the staired access to the property and interior is not suitable for persons of restricted mobility. We recommend hotels with elevators.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Smoking Inside Permitted No smoking is allowed inside our property.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.

The policies set out on my property page are firm. Your acceptance of these policies are required and binding upon full payment of the accomodations. The COMPLETED guest stay agreement MUST be returned via fax or email. By booking with us, you authorize that the credit card can be charged up to a MAXIMUM OF $500CDN for any damage, missing inventory, additional cleaning or security company charges for noise violations. This addl charge will be added to your booking and you will be instructed to go back online to pay for this charge. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Any excessive noise complaint results in a FINE OF $300 to cover strata noise fine costs.
Forgotten Items by Guest We are not responsible to return anything you leave behind, but we will do our best to find anything that is left behind and return it to you in a timely manner. Please notify us as soon as possible for items left behind such that we can coordinate with cleaning staff to find your item and return them to you.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage which exceeds the capacity of the garbage bins provided to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense. If excessive housekeeping is needed as a result of guest usage after departure, this will be charged to guest.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet usage is free, however illegal downloads are forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We will not be held or take responsiblity for any liability. We will not be held or take responsiblity for injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our condo.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment. We will do our best to rectify issues as soon as we hear about them.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum sleeping capacity is 7. If violated it will result in a FINE discretionary to the offence or you will be asked to leave without a refund
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.

Property Damage Replacement value of damage will be charged to your credit card that was provided at point of final payment.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.

Our living area is very comfortable and seats 6 people comfortably. The cozy fireplace, flat screen TV and surround sound system all add to the vacationing experience.

Adjacent to the living area is a private deck with a patio table & chairs as well as a BBQ.

About Us

We are two brothers, Frank & Malte Maier, from Vancouver Island that have enjoyed Whistler since we were teenagers. We both love the hills, one on skis and the other on a snowboard which keeps the brotherly competition alive.
