About Listing

The 2020/21 season is now a wrap and we are all looking forward to the next one, hopefully with less travel restrictions!

We are continuing with a 24 hour minimum open period between reservations to reduce risk to our guests.These periods are automatically added in so the available dates on our calendar are actually available for you to stay.

The status of the skating rink and the Village shuttle bus have not yet been determined. Be safe and wash your hands!

We have not yet opened our bookings for next season but if you are interested, send us an inquiry. We have moved two reservations from this season into next for guests who could not make it this year but are looking forward to next year already.


We purchased our own ski condo in 2012 after renting a variety of places all over the mountain through AlluraDirect. Our main criteria for choosing a condo was location and layout. Timber Ridge is a quiet, family oriented building at the top of the Village. We love that we can ski back to Timber Ridge from virtually every chairlift on the mountain. That means less time planning how to get back to the condo and more quality time skiing! And the ski out is also great! Thirty feet from the front door (no stairs to climb in ski boots) and you are on the Mogul Track with a nice run down to the Ghost, Ridge or Plaza chairs! Keyless access means that there is no need to have scheduled meeting times and places. The kids can pop back to the condo for a quick break whenever the need arises and be back on the slopes within minutes.

The condo has two bedrooms and a den with an extra hide-a-bed in the living room. It will sleep 6 comfortably with 5 beds (queens and doubles) with room for 8 if necessary. Great for teenagers that don't want to share a bed! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an upgraded mattress and private ensuite. There is also a second full bathroom and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the table will sit 8. A gas fireplace is the focal point of the living room. The deck has a new hot tub (Dec 2018) and gas barbeque. We currently have a 55" Smart TV and a 32" LCD flat screen each with a BluRay player that is NetFlix accessible via the high speed wireless internet access. There is also a selection of books, DVD's and games if you prefer to leave your online viewing at home. A front load Maytag washer and dryer are located in the suite. There is a heated tandem garage (12 ft x 42 ft) located directly under the condo so there is indoor parking for two larger vehicles. Door clearance is about 94 inches so most vehicles with ski racks should be able to enter.

This unit is our new favorite spot! Weve stayed all over the mountain and found this to be the best space for us so far. Dave reached out several times before the trip and during to ensure we had everything we needed and he also provided tips on how best to hit the slopes. There was adequate space for our family of 5 and extra beds if we needed it. The kitchen had every dish, pan, pot and accessory you would ever need and the spice cabinet was stocked with the essentials so we didnt have to pack all that kind of stuff. I loved the amount of plates, mugs/cups and utensils as it makes dishes less demanding. I ended up forgetting some personal belongings and Dave was quick to come up with a solution so I could get my things back right away. We will definitely look for this unit again next year!

This bright spacious home comes with a tandem heated garage, a ski locker a few steps away from the ski in/out trail, a boot room And bench just inside the Large entrance, A front load washer and dryer, a well appointed kitchen and dining area, A Cozy gas fireplace And a Clean well maintained like new private hot tub. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again if it is available when we need it.

A great location on the mountain. Easy to stop in for lunch during the ski day. The front entrance had a great spot to sit down and put your boots on and ample space for storing gear. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back

Timber Ridge is located at the top of Big White Village with excellent ski in/out access.  The location on the map is a little misleading, Timber Ridge is actually located directly above Tree Tops at the end of Porcupine Road.

You can easily get to the Ridge Rocket and Ghost chairs to get up the mountain and onto the slopes, or onto the Plaza Chair to get to the Village Center. With a little more work, you can also get to the Bullet, Black Forest  and Telus Park chairlifts or ski directly to the Village Center. When you return, it is very easy - no rushing to be on the right lift at the end of the day because you can ski back to the condo from the top of virtually every chairlift.  

If you want to head down to the village for some shopping, dining or just a casual walk, the Village Center is about 10 minutes away. There is a free shuttle bus service that runs every half hour with a stop directly in front of Timber Ridge parking lot entrance.

Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise This is a family oriented, quiet development. Normal conversation is permitted, screaming and swearing are not acceptable. If you want to have a party, please stay somewhere else. Excessive noise will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental and deposit payments.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people
Property Damage Tenant is responsible for leaving unit in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damage will be payable by the tenant and charged to your credit card. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Tenant assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenant or guests of tenant.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, damage or threat of damage to common or private property, disturbing the peace, exceeding maximum sleeping capacity without approval, or violation of any of our policies will result in eviction with no refund! This is our home and neighbours - please use respect!

Single level townhouse at the top of Big White Village with excellent SKI IN SKI OUT access. Also features an enclosed heated 2 car garage parking directly under the condo, a covered deck with a large HOT TUB and Webber BARBEQUE, and your own secured ski locker located just a few steps from MOGUL TRACK.

Coffee maker, electric kettle, tea pot, 4 slice toaster, pancake griddle, 2 large crockpots, 1 small crockpot, hand mixer, coffee grinder, a popcorn air popper, 2 large roasting pans, 1 medium roasting pan, 2 pizza stones, some muffin and cake pans, and a variety of pots and pans.

We also provide a supply of dry goods at the start of the season including flour, rice, sugar and popcorn. This normally lasts through the season but if it runs out, replacement supplies are availale in the Village Market. There is also a good selection of spices, oil, vinegar and some sauces (HP, mustard, etc.)
