If you are interested in a stay of longer than 14 days for next season, please contact us directly for a quote. We just had a cancellation for a week in mid February. It won't last long with the great snow conditions!

We are continuing with a 24 hour minimum open period between reservations to reduce risk to our guests. These periods are automatically added in so the available dates on our calendar are actually available for you to stay.

We purchased our own ski condo in 2012 after renting a variety of places all over the mountain through AlluraDirect. Our main criteria for choosing a condo was location and layout. Timber Ridge is a quiet, family oriented building at the top of the Village. Parking is directly below our single floor condo so once you have packed your supplies up, you are done with climbing stairs!

We love that we can ski back to Timber Ridge from virtually every chairlift on the mountain. That means less time planning how to get back to the condo and more quality time skiing! And the ski out is also great! Thirty feet from the front door (no stairs to climb in ski boots) and you are on the Mogul Track with a nice run down to the Ghost, Ridge or Plaza chairs! Keyless access means that there is no need to have scheduled meeting times and places. The kids can pop back to the condo for a quick break whenever the need arises and be back on the slopes within minutes.

The condo has two bedrooms and a den plus a hide-a-bed in the living room. It will sleep 6 comfortably with 5 beds (queens and doubles) with room for 8 if necessary. Great for teenagers that don't want to share a bed!

The master bedroom has a queen bed with an upgraded mattress and private ensuite. There is also a second full bathroom and a front load Maytag washer and dryer are located in the suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and the table will sit 8. A gas fireplace is the focal point of the living room.

The deck has a private hot tub and gas barbeque. We currently have a 55" Smart TV and a 32" LCD flat screen each with a BluRay player that is NetFlix accessible via the high speed wireless internet access. Sorry, no cable TV so bring your streaming IDs and passcodes. There is also a selection of books, DVD's and games if you prefer to leave your online viewing at home.

There is a heated tandem garage (12 ft x 42 ft) located directly under the condo so there is indoor parking for two larger vehicles. Door clearance is about 94 inches so most vehicles with ski racks should be able to enter.

We have enjoyed creating wonderful memories in our new home and would love to share it with you. Thanks and happy skiing and boarding!!!

Excellent location with great ski in ski out. Ski locker right outside your front door. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great views from the living room and hot tub. Communication with Dave was easy and we appreciated his quick response and flexibility. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Stayed a second time at Dave and Barb's Big White Condo. Really enjoyed the updated new TV with access to many streaming services. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans. Really liked that they have many kitchen staples and spices there. Also nice to have tin foil and Saran Wrap there as who buys some for a few days away. Will be wanting to stay here again.

We also provide a supply of dry goods at the start of the season including flour, rice, sugar and popcorn. This normally lasts through the season but if it runs out, replacement supplies are availale in the Village Market. Parking Details

Our condo has a private 2 car garage (12 feet wide by 42 feet long with an over height door at 94 inches of clearance) directly below our condo for your convenience. There is a very limited amount of additional parking (6 spots for 28 units) at no charge, however these spots are first come first serve and are not guaranteed. Additional parking for oversized vehicles is available at Happy Valley and may be subject to a fee to be collected directly by Big White Resort.

Timber Ridge is near the top of the Village between Aspens and Tree Tops. Stick to the main road and keep going up. The last corner is just after the Big White Fire Station. The driveway into Timber Ridge is to the right of the street lamp and fire hydrant. Our garage and condo is slightly behind you as you get to the top of the driveway.

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
