Welcome to BRAND NEW MOOSEHEAD LODGE LOCATED SLOPE-SIDE, above the village and the magic carpet, with easy ski in ski out access from Rambler and Sunrise runs. This beautiful luxury timber framed home sleeps 14 with 2 king,1 queen and 8 adult sized bunk beds  and 4 bathrooms. The chalet features high/cathedral ceilings throughout and sweeping views of the village and Mt Morrisey .

Truly one of the best  homes available at Sunpeaks, Moosehead Lodge has been exquisitely furnished  with  radiant floor heating throughout, a gourmet kitchen, European appliances, leather lounges, luxury bedding and a large private outdoor sunken hot tub . Cable and wifi are available and the lower entertainment area also features a pool table and PS 3 for the young at heart. Refer to our photo gallery to see for yourself.

It was our annual guys ski trip and the first time to Sun Peaks. The house was just as it was described. We did have a problem with the coffee makers and Cage's team were there later that day with a new coffee maker. Any issue that arose was dealt with promptly by the property manager.

The house was clean and well stocked. We were also happy that the AV systems were easy to use and allowed us to use our Apple TV to watch the Jets hockey games. A top notch house that worked for our gang of 11. I would not hesitate booking this home again for another trip.

Management representatives were immediately available and helpful with every concern. Upon check in a smoke detector was beeping with a low battery signal and was immediately rectified when advised. The house had no hot water available which was rectified in the evening of the first night. Overall we were very satisfied with the accommodation and and amenities.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage To be kept only in the garage or ski room. Any damage to the property will incur additional charges.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Please respect your neighbours between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests may be fined on the spot by security if in violation of noise rules after 10 pm.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability Guests are liable for all damage and a $ 2000 bond is required by credit card upon reservation.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Property Details

Entering from the majestic timber front doors this new timber framed chalet welcomes you with high ceilings and enormous windows offering sweeping views over the village to Mt Morrisey.

The large upper level includes a spacious enterance hall, master bedroom (with king bed, cable tv, ensuite, fire place and private balcony) guest bathroom, laundry (with direct internal access to double garage) and ski room with access to the slopes. 

Stepping down to the main level you will enjoy a large gourmet open plan kitchen with quality appliances (including a Nespresso coffee machine and climate controlled wine fridge) 12 seater solid timber dining table and large living/entertainment area with leather lounges, tv and imposing fireplace. The heated slate flooring adds an extra element of luxury. A large balcony wraps around the front of the house and french doors provide easy access to the Weber  Gas BBQ.

Travelling down the wide timber staircase to the lower level you will find a second master king bedroom (also with ensuite and balcony) a large queen bedded room adjacent to a third fully appointed bathroom and 8 bunk beds with sturdy timber frames, all with luxury mattresses and bedding.

The lower level also features an expansive 2nd entertainment area with leather lounges, fire place, PS3, an 8 ft pool table and large private sunken outdoor spa with views to Mt Morrisey.
