Exquisite 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom townhome located in the exclusive Fitzsimmons Walk complex, offering the best in deluxe West Coast Alpine Contemporary style.

Located within walking distance to Whistler Village and steps from the valley trail, this property offers guests 3 and a half levels of spacious living. Leading from the double car garage with ample space for 2 vehicles is a private laundry closet and large mudroom. Continue up a flight of stairs, you are welcomed onto the lower level of the townhome featuring a media room and wet bar, access to an outdoor gas fireplace sitting area, and a private hot tub. For additional guests, there is a sofa bed in the media room. The fourth and lower level bedroom has a king bed and has access to an ensuite shared bathroom with a stand-up steam shower.

The main living level is completely open concept and features a gourmet professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and large island seating. Centred on this level is the dining table, overlooking a sunk-in living room with a gas fireplace. Expanded outdoor living can be enjoyed year-round on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. A powder room sits next to the kitchen along with a spacious pantry with a wine fridge.

The top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite with a king bed, offers a large walk-in closet, a private balcony with mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and soaker tub with a see-through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a single on the top. The third bedroom is set up with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top-level with expansive vaulted ceilings.

The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.

Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes. 

Walking: approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.

Public Transit: There is a public bus stop is located just a 5 minute walk away. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7 minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).

Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler. 


Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.


Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.


Guests are to check in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

We stayed in this gorgeous house for four nights during Easter break. The facility is really great, beautiful, functional and well equipped. All the bedrooms were nice, had comfortable beds and bedding. Garage was handy and hot tub and barbecue a lot fun. Unfortunately the bus shuttle system was not operating, but other than that all was wonderful. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay again.

Wow. The listing made this property look incredible but in reality it was even BETTER then advertised.

Very unique yet functional lay-out, beautifully decorated with amazing finishes and incredible kitchen/living area set-up. Kitchen fully stocked and outdoor BBQ and hot tub were highlights. We almost didn't want to go skiing, we enjoyed the house so much! Didn't have a car which was only draw back on our part - with amazing garage and whistler parking included with rental, we missed the boat on this as taxis were slow and unreliable.

Overall exceeded expectations so thank you Rob for having us. Would recommend to any and all and would love to come back.

We have rented properties at Fitzsimmons from Rob for at least 5-6 years now. They are always in top-notch condition and beautifully decorated. This year was no different! However, time has taken a toll on the hot tub cover and it needs to be replaced. I know itâ??s a petty detail but wrestling with the cover was the only disappointment on the weekend. Canâ??t wait to come back next year!
