Welcome to our Whistler getaway.  We recently purchased this little gem due to all it had to offer.  When we use it we want the same hassle free vacation that we all so deserve, so it's location, shopping and amenities couldn't be better.  Less than 2 minute walk to the base of Blackcomb (check out the map) and right across the street to a myriad of cross country trails (Lost lake trails).

It has had a complete make-over by the previous owners who have never had it in a rental pool so this unit is in prestine condition.  Highlights of the renovations include:

  • Granite counter tops
  • Heated slate tiles, bathroom, carpets, paint and decor.
  • A gas fireplace to warm those toes or simply chill out with a book and a glass of wine.

We also made sure to also stock the kitchen with everything to help the chef of the family create that gourmet meal.  Step outside  your private ground floor patio and enjoy a year round heated pool and not 1 but 2 hot tubs. 

It sleeps 4 comfortably,  with it's brand new Trump deluxe king size bed in the main bedroom and a comfy queen size pull out couch.   We are confident your vacation will be perfect so don't miss out and BOOK TODAY

We couldn't rate this condo highly enough - clean & comfortable, a real home from home. Tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs and toilet rolls supplied for the duration of the trip which was a nice touch we haven't experienced in other rentals. Next to fitness and laundry rooms and back door straight out to the pool/hot tub made everything so convenient.

5 minutes from Blackcomb base and ski school which makes it perfect for kids early morning drop off. Great communication with the owners who were extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Literally at your door steps you will find funky coffee shops, grocery and liquor store, spas,  boutiques, exquisite dinning but most importantly,  steps away from the Wizard chairlift at the base of Blackcomb.  Lost Lake and it's myriad of cross country trails are also just across the street.  No need to drive, just park the car, relax and enjoy your vacation

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals no refunds given for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Via email upon fully paid booking.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use NO skis or bikes in the condo unit at any time.
Bike Storage AFFINITY SPORT has a free valet bike service located in the main entrance of the lodge. There is also a common secure bike storage room in underground garage. We do not recommend this room to store expensive mountain bikes. Bikes under no circumstances are allowed in the condo.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $250 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Please respect quiet time in this complex
Forgotten Items by Guest If you have forgotten an item we will gladly post it back to you at your expense.
Garbage Removal Please do not store garbage outside condo as this will attract wildlife. Please dispose of it in designated garbage are in underground garage on P1 near the parking gate. Please place any recycleable items in the blue recycle bins provided. We recycle paper, plastic and bottles on your behalf
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary high speed internet. Internet outages due to weather or supplier are not the responsibility of owner
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door does not lock automatically. Please ensure you have locked the door when you leave
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency numbers provided in literature in condo
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 strickly enforced
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items
Noise Restrictions 10pm to 8am
Parking & Ticketing Guest must purchase parking ticket from the meter. Failure to do so could result in a ticket and/or your vehicle being towed. Parking charges of $15/day are in effect in this building
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.

About Us

Welcome and thank you for visiting our Whistler getaway.  We are locals...well somewhat!!!.  We live in Squamish at the moment but we were Whistler locals for many years, 20 in fact!!!.  Francois worked many years for the mountain as a level IV ski instructor (now a silviculture company owner) and I was an ER nurse at the Whistler Health Care Center (now a realtor).   We recently purchased this condo, it was really a very quick decision but one that felt right for many many reasons.  We are extremely lucky to be living in paradise.  We are confident you will enjoy your stay in our home.  We wish you a terrific vacation, one that will create very happy and lasting memories.
