Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations Made by Guests | Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking. |

Website Service Fee | Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Bike Storage | Absolutely no bikes allowed in condo's. There is a basic locked common bike room although we suggest for higher end mountain bikes that you use the on mountain bike valet. We do not recommend putting expensive bikes in the bike room. Bikes stored in this room are at guests risk |

Complaints Concerning Property | Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge. |
Excessive Noise | Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. |
Forgotten Items by Guest | Items left behind may be returned to guest at guests expense |
Housekeeping | Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 4th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense |
