Welcome to our home away from home. Spectacular views of Blackcomb Mountain and the new Peak to Peak gondola await from this well appointed 1 bedroom condo is located in the Marquise.

It has a great ski-in ski-out location in winter and in summer you are a short walk to Lost Lake for swimming and picnics. The complex has excellent facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, high-speed internet) and is great value for money. Newly renovated with spectacular ameneties. You won't be disappointed!

Great stay at Whistler

Had a great stay at this unit at The Marquise. The condo was fairly spacious for a 1 bedroom with a nice separate lounge/kitchen/dining area. It was well equipped and very clean. The unit itself was very functional although arguably could benefit from a bit of updating.

Really well located complex; super easy to get the free shuttle bus down to the village - it stops right outside the complex. We really enjoyed using the adjacent Wizard Trail to ski to Blackcomb base and it also took us right back to the road immediately outside unit at the end of our ski-days.

We would definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Whistler!

This suite totally suited our needs for this trip. Thanks so much. It was great to be so close to the bike trails and the walking path to get to the Village. We were with another family who stayed in a different suite and we all enjoyed the pool and fitness centre. We appreciated being able to lock up our bikes in the bike room.

Property Sale In the unlikely event that this unit was listed for sale and sold after you make your booking, and the new Owners do not honor your booking, I will make every effort to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage Bikes must be stored in the bike storage room, they are NOT permitted in the unit.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a $100.00 credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise allowed after 10pm in this building. Strictly enforced
Forgotten Items by Guest Return of items will be at the expense of the guest. Please be sure to take all belongings with you
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. It is located on the lower level of the parking garage.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more.
Internet Availability & Usage The internet is provided by the Cable Company, we are not responsible if they have an interuption of service, or if their equipment fails.
Liability Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises.
Locking Door The door is not self locking, you must manually lock the door when you exit the room.
Maintenance Emergencies Property managers live in Whistler. On call anytime for major emergencies.

Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Parking & Ticketing The Strata Corporation of the building charges $16.00 per day for parking. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage inured by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Equipment must be stored in the ski locker on the P1 Level of the building. Equipemt is not permitted in the rooms in this building.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
