Excellent choice.

This is an excellent location and a very comfortable condo. The kitchen is well stocked except we couldnâ??t find a BQ brush, so we bought one and donated it to the unit. An extra bonus was the crock pot! The large TV in the living room is also a bonus but it would not accept our lightening to HDMI cable so we were unable to watch Netflix. However this our third condo we have stayed in at Snowcreeek and none of them have had large updated televisions, at least this one was large and a flat screen.

This has been our favourite condo because it is spacious and had a garage for skiis and a washer / dryer. I also like having the bedrooms upstairs which made it easier to keep the unit clean. The golf room faces the street and can be loud at 430 am when crews are clearing the street. Come prepared with ear plugs or sleep in the quieter fish room. Both beds are comfortable but bunk beds in the second bedroom would of suited our family of 5 rather than a queen. The fish room has a fairly large closet that could fit a small air mattress if anyone is looking for extra sleeping space and that is what we would do next time.

We stayed at this condo for 10 days in January 2018 and had a fantastic time. The condo was very spacious and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, heaps of storage space and comfortable furniture.

We particularly loved the hot tub on the balcony from which we could enjoy the views over the mountains and catch glimpses of the hockey games on the ice skating rink across the road. The location couldnâ??t be better, just a few steps from the garage door in the morning take you to a ski out trail that connects to the Gentle Giant and ski in at the end of the day is just as easy.

Andrea was very responsive and flexible with regard to our check-in/out times and the condo was clearly well looked after and managed. Overall a great stay and we hope to be back next year.

A great stay in Sun Peaks

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Wanting a true ski in/ski out experience we couldn't have asked for anything better. Many of the homes in Sun Peaks offer ski in/out, but in reality your are taking trails to a home that is fairly far away. That's not the case here. Located right on Gentle Giant was perfect. Having direct access off the platter lift that stayed open until 7:00pm meant that we could have aprés in the village and then still be able to ski home.

The unit was perfect for the four of us (we have two boys, 5 & 7). There are lots of stairs to be climbed as there are three floors to the unit, but we liked having the bedrooms on a different floor than the living space. I wouldn't call the condo modern over overly stylish. It's more of a very comfortable place that you just feel at home in. For us that was great.

We had a great experience booking with Andrea as she was really helpful when we nearly had to cancel for medical reason. She was incredibly understanding. Luckily everything worked out and we were able to have and amazing ski vacation.

The highest praise I can give is that when we go back to Sun Peaks next we will want to stay here again.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Will not be tolerated. May result in eviction
Forgotten Items by Guest Left-behind Items: Any items left behind in the unit after your departure will require a $30.00 "Advance" Fee before they get send out. This Fee only covers the effort in collecting the item and the expense for taking it into Kamloops and have it shipped out. Shipping Charges apply above the $30.00 Fee. Unless your left-behind item is valuable, it may not be worth the cost, therefore please make your to not leave anything behind. Triple-Check!

Property Details

Kokopelli's Retreat, newly renovated with earthy colours to create a warmer touch. Our Townhouse is an end-unit which gives you even more privacy and the ski-i/out trail is just a few steps away!

A spacious entrance area and one flight of stairs gets you to the first floor where our kitchen, dining and living area are located at.

Both our guest rooms - the "Salmon" Room and "Golf" Room - located on the top floor - have been updated and some artwork is outlining the uniqueness of each room. Washer & dryer are also located on this floor.

The "Golf" room overlooks a forest area and offers some view of the main mountain and the view from the "Salmon" Room's overlooks Snow Creek Village and a green belt.

We offer an open "concept" from our spacious kitchen, to the dining and the living area where you can unwind and relax around the cozy fireplace.

Our property has two bathrooms, with shower/and jetted tubs (upstairs).
