From the front deck, overlook the picturesque village below, which is only a short shuttle ride or 5 minutes walk away. Experience the delights of the many restaurants, delis, bakeries, pubs and bars available.

The condo is designed for comfort and relaxation with high end finishing throughout, and extensive use of granite, rich timbers, slate and stone. After a day on the champagne powder, soak in the private hot tub overlooking the ski slopes, enjoy the warmth of a steam shower or get cozy in front of the stone fireplace.

The Best ski in ski out ever !!!!

This was our first time in Big white and the Aspens exceeded our expectations. We loved the ease of skiing right out the door and back. The hot tub was amazing, parking was easy and loved the walk down to the quaint village. We are also bnb owners with high standards and we were very impressed! This is a really spacious and well-equipped apartment in a terrific location. We're a family of four and it felt very spacious indeed. Not only ski-in/ski-out with several runs going right past the door, but the apartment itself is just steps from its ski locker and the door to access the runs. You can literally be on the snow with skis on your feet within a minute of leaving your front door.

Deck with hot tub overlooking the slopes too! You need either a car or the shuttle to and from the village. Shuttle ran like clockwork for us every half an hour and always on time. Even if you walk down it's only about 12 mins on foot. Would definitely book again!

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise This is a family oriented, quiet development. Normal conversation is permitted, screaming and swearing are not. Excessive noise will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rental and deposit payments.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Additional persons will result in eviction.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, rude public behavior, missing items,theft. Guest agrees to pay for all common or private property damage caused by the Guest themself, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Property Details

Luxury condo sleeps 6 comfortably in 1 king size and 1 queen size bedroom, plus a spacious den with double sofabed.  It has a large open plan dining and living area with granite top computer desk, comfortable lounges, TV, cozy fireplace, and rich timber fittings.   The fully equipped island kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a family fridge/freezer, large oven and dishwasher, microwave and garbage compactor, granite counter tops and warm wooden floors and cupboard fronts, and a beautifully encased wine fridge.   Warm your feet on the heated slate tile floors in the entry foyer and both bathrooms.

The condo also features private hot tub on the deck, panoramic views both up and downhill, in-suite washer and dryer, secure storage for your skis and snowboards just outside the condo door, and heated parking under the building.
