 Woodrun is the ultimate in convenience to the ski schools and chair lifts with it slopeside location, heated pathway to slopes, convenient to the free village shuttle bus for Whistler village. 

 Our 4th floor condo has stunning mountain views , and is tastefuly decorated , with a well stocked kitchen.

The in suite boot and glove dryer is popular with guests.  

The Woodrun has the largest oxygenated hot tub in Whistler, a great way to ease those aching bones in the evening and catching up with fellow skiers.

Children and adults can also enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool ,and if you have not had enough excercise in your day, there is also a gym.

Just a short walk down the mountain to the blackcomb base, restaurants and bars. Whistler village is just a ten minute walk, to enjoy  a further selection of restaurants and  varied shopping and entertainment for all the family.

 We are happy to offer any assistance to first time Whistler visitors to ensure they have a great vacation.

Great location right on the side of Blackcomb. Makes it really easy to get up and out on the slopes each day. Hot tub and pool are great and the unit was very spacious.

We loved our stay! The Kitchen is very well stocked - we had everything we needed. We stayed in the summer and as the room is at the Front of the Woodrun, it doesn't get as hot as the rooms facing the pool which is nice. This room fit our family of 5 perfectly and we will definitely want to stay here again.

Boot Dryer A boot and glove dryer is located near the entrance hall of the condo, this is proving very popular with previous guests.
Coded Access card key system in operation. On check in you will receive card keys to your condo and all the common areas of the building. If checking in late at night after the front desk closes, please prearrange for your late check in with the front desk 48 hours prior to arrival, and card keys will be left in the outdoor safe for you.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Refunds are non refundable. Once final payment is made, refunds will only be made on the rebooked days and based on the rebooked rates, less all bank and credit carges and 5% cancellation fee

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Late Reservation Payments YOu will be sent a final payment reminder. If we do not receive payment after reminder is sent out we will make all efforts to contact you. It is your responsibility to make on time payments and if you cannot be contacted we may have to cancell your reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bikes can be stored in the basement storage area. no bikes allowed in condos,strata fines apply. please advise when booking if bike storage is required.
Check-In Time 4PM ON ARRIVAL DATE. Front desk closes at 6pm summertime and 9pm winter time. late check in must be by prior arrangement more than 48 hours
Check-Out Time 10AM ON DATE OF DEPARTURE. UNLESS LATER CHECK OUT TIME IS PRE-ARRANGED WITH OWNER
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for cleaning costs over and above the cleaning for the typical guest stay. Cleaning assoaciated with defacing the property, or above the standard, is considered property damage, and will be charged to your credit card
Excessive Noise Please remember that this is a family oriented propert, noise complaints may result in evection bu local police of security company. Strata fines apply and security call out charges will be the responsible of the guest.
Garbage Removal GARBAGE DISPOSAL AREA OUTSIDE CAR PARKING AREA. Please remove all rubbish daily
Housekeeping your departure clean is included in your rental rate. We value the privacy of our guests and do not disturb with regular cleaning service If additional cleaning service is required, this can be arranged at guest expense. Guest stays of 2 weeks will havecomplimentary linen and towel change midway.
Internet Availability & Usage Free wi fi available in condo. access details will be emailed to you by owner
Liability The guest making the booking is responsible for all damages and ensuring the group adheres to policies. WE are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our condowhile in transit to or while on the resort property.The guest agrees to to hold the owner harmless for all claims for events occuring duringthe rental period, and to indemnify the owner for all claims

Property Details

Woodrun 415 , 1030 sq ft, is located on the 4th floor with easy access from the lifts. Its location is at the front of the building for nice quiet nights. It has an easy layout with a well equipped kitchen off the entrance and into the spacious living area, with fabulous mountain views. Private balcomy off the living room with comfy patio furniture. Along the hall is the second bedoom with mirrored wardrobes and large bathroom accross the hall. The master bedroom with bathroom very large ensuite bathroom has both single and queen size bed.TV in both living and master bedroom.

 

The condo has just been totally refurbished with new carpets new entrance and complete new bathrooms.

Woodrun 415 is the perfect place to stay for a fantastic holiday and a wonderful place to make cherished family memories.
