Welcome to our beautiful corner 2 bedroom unit in the much sought after Wildwood Lodge. This condo has everything you will need to have an enjoyable Whistler Vacation. Upgrades include new carpets, slate floors, fireplace and furnishings.

The apartment was a pleasant surprise. We chose it because it was cheaper than others of a similar size so we thought it might be dated or poorly equipped... but it was great! The heating was extremely effective (including gas fireplace) and we had plenty of space for 4 adults. Free shuttle to Whistler Village and the ski-fields stopped right outside the building (you can take your skis on the bus, it's about 5 mins to Blackcomb base and 15 mins on the way home because it does a loop) but there's also a path from directly opposite the apartment to the Blackcomb base. There was just enough snow to ski on the path, but it's hard work (it's pretty flat so requires a lot of pushing... especially on the way home which is slightly uphill). So I'd describe it as "semi-ski-in-ski-out"... some of our party preferred the bus. We used the hot tub in the building and the ski storage room. No complaints at all about the building and the location a few minutes out of the village suited us. We'd stay again!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided upon final payment of booking via email.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Absolutely no bikes of any kind allowed in condo. Bike storage room provided. We do not recommend leaving bikes of substantial value in the bike room. Please ask us for on mountain storage solutions.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; Mid-stay linen change on 7 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary high speed wireless internet provided. Owner or manager are not responsible for provider outages in service.
Liability Guest Responsiblity. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Maintenance Emergencies Management Company available for all emergencies.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 persons. Strictly adhered to
Missing Items Guest authorizes a credit card charge of up to $500 for missing items upon departure.
Noise Restrictions 10pm-8am . Please respect the privacy and enjoyment of other quests in the building. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Parking & Ticketing Free parking on a first come first serve basis.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.
