The apartment was a pleasant surprise. We chose it because it was cheaper than others of a similar size so we thought it might be dated or poorly equipped... but it was great! The heating was extremely effective (including gas fireplace) and we had plenty of space for 4 adults. Free shuttle to Whistler Village and the ski-fields stopped right outside the building (you can take your skis on the bus, it's about 5 mins to Blackcomb base and 15 mins on the way home because it does a loop) but there's also a path from directly opposite the apartment to the Blackcomb base. There was just enough snow to ski on the path, but it's hard work (it's pretty flat so requires a lot of pushing... especially on the way home which is slightly uphill). So I'd describe it as "semi-ski-in-ski-out"... some of our party preferred the bus. We used the hot tub in the building and the ski storage room. No complaints at all about the building and the location a few minutes out of the village suited us. We'd stay again!View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
