Nice apartment, good space for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Easy ski in/out from nearby pathways, a quick walk down to the Upper Village. We were very happy here over a two week stay.

The apartment was a pleasant surprise. We chose it because it was cheaper than others of a similar size so we thought it might be dated or poorly equipped... but it was great! The heating was extremely effective (including gas fireplace) and we had plenty of space for 4 adults. Free shuttle to Whistler Village and the ski-fields stopped right outside the building (you can take your skis on the bus, it's about 5 mins to Blackcomb base and 15 mins on the way home because it does a loop) but there's also a path from directly opposite the apartment to the Blackcomb base. There was just enough snow to ski on the path, but it's hard work (it's pretty flat so requires a lot of pushing... especially on the way home which is slightly uphill). So I'd describe it as "semi-ski-in-ski-out"... some of our party preferred the bus. We used the hot tub in the building and the ski storage room. No complaints at all about the building and the location a few minutes out of the village suited us. We'd stay again!

Location

Wildwood Lodge is located on the Benchlands just above village north. Walk to village north in 5 minutes and to the village proper in 10 minutes. You can also hop on the free shuttle bus that stops right at the building driveway. The ski hill is approximately 500 ft. from the condo building. You can walk right across the road put your ski's on and ski out a small trail to the hill. At the end of the day exit the hill above the condo and you just have a short 500 ft. walk downhill to the building. You can also just take the free shuttle to either gondola base.

Damages:
