Welcome to Slalom Creek, the BEST ski-in/ski-out location and place to stay at the base of Red Mountain. Our modern luxury fully equiped 2 bedroom and full size sleeping den condo has all the amenities that you are looking for in a newly built craftsmen style unit. Totally self-contained with stainless steel appliances, gourmet wine cooler, granite counters, leather furniture and hardwood paneling and floor throughout. You will have your very own round hot tub on the deck and a steam shower in the master on suite.

On the same floor we have a exercise faculties, a theatre room, billiards and games room and a secured ski and snow board locker.  There are x-country and mountain bike trails that start right here at Red.  There is also a x-country club just up the highway plus numerous signed trails in the area.

Beside us you will find the main ski lodge, lift tickets, cafeteria, Rafters pub and a wonderful local restaurant.

To make your trip truly memorable check out cat skiing at Big Red Snow Cats  they have back country trips in their 12 passenger cats for all levels of skier/boarder and you can sign up and take their offices and van leaves from right next door.  You won't be disappointed.

The stay at this property was great. It was exactly as described, very clean, very comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, etc) and worked very well for our family. The additional amenities of a games room and small exercise room were a great addition for all of us. The rental process, communication with the owner and instructions upon arrival were great. I have now stayed in this unit a handful of times, and truly enjoy everything about it. The location is great. The amenities are all you could ask for in a rental, and the town of Rossland is beautiful. I will continue to stay here each time I visit the area, as long as it is still available in the coming years.

Exceptionally well cared for condo, in a nicely planned complex. Rossland is a great town and a beautiful area. I will be back in the fall, and will definitely try to book this unit again if available. It has all that you need in the kitchen as well. Some places I have rented have had what could be termed "sparse" utensils, pots, pans, glasses, etc., but this one is complete and thoughtful. This was my second stay at this unit.

For the benefit of all our guest, our place is also a completely non-smoking environment and we would ask that you respect this; however in consideration of the next visitor if it has been smoked you will loose your damage deposit to allow for a deep cleaning  of the condo.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Not permitted please consider your neighbours at all times.

Property Details

Our condo is an open design layout.  It is has ground floor access so need to take the elevator to get outside.  There is 1250 sq. ft. of craftmen style design featuring lots of wood, two very private bedrooms and a full size den with bunk beds and adjacent bathrooms, a gourmet style kitchen with all of the modern facilities including a gas range and your own 

A breakfast island provides a wonderful setting for quick meals or a place to enjoy your favourite beverage.  You'll have lots of room for entertaining with the extra large solid wood dinning set.  The living room is furnished with a leather couch, fire place and flat screen entertainment centre.  Off of the master bedroom and grand room is the deck that leads to a your own private round hot tub that over looks the common landscape areas.

Living Area

The living room features a gas fireplace and leather couch to relax in after a day on the mountain.  The new flat screen TV with full cable stations is also hooked up to the main entertainment centre.  The living room looks out over the common landscape building so there a view that isn't obstructed by another building.  From the backdoor you'll find the patio deck with a round hot tub, just a perfect place to enjoy some quiet time and to warm up and ease those tired mussels.

Dining Area

Our grand wooden dinning table has comfortable seating for 6 or more friends along with the an adjacent island with stools you will be all set for entertaining.  The open floor plan means that you won't be left out of the conversation or miss the stories that are told around the fire.
