We couldn't be happier with this spacious unit. I lived in Whistler for 2 years and this is the best view I've come across. The sunken living room and open kitchen are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with everything you need to cook for your group. Very modern appliances and comfortable beds. 5 stars all around!

Great condo, no AC is a problem

Overall, the property is great. We've stayed in Ironwood before and love the development. The pool and hot tub are great, parking is easy and Blueberry Hill is a lovely area of Whistler. The condo itself is very well appointed and spacious and has lots of great amenities.

The one major issue is that there is no air conditioning and that makes it almost unbearable in the summer heat. Very few windows open wide and fans can only do so much when it's in the mid-30s or higher. It was hard to sleep, almost impossible to cook and very uncomfortable to be in the condo most of the time.

I'm sure in cooler weather it's fantastic. But without AC, I wouldn't rent again. Sorry. With AC, I'd rent in a second.

 Rates are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to the 5% GST tax.  The customary Hotel Tax is not applicable since this is an owner-direct booking. We accept payment by VISA or Mastercard through the secure AlluraDirect on-line website. Please be aware that our rates are non-negotiable.

Please note that we do not ask for a damage deposit via the Allura site, however we do require guests to provoide a credit card damage deposit on arrival, at the front desk prior to giving access to the suite. The card holder must be the same as the booking name and be present to sign in with that card. We are not able to use a credit card when the card holder is not there to sign in.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests are required to start the dishwasher and remove trash on departure. Fines can be occurred if departure policies are not followed
Excessive Noise Not tolerated.
Housekeeping Provided before and after your stay at no charge. Any additional housekeeping can be arranged prior to arrival at the cost of the guest.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 Emergency service provided.

Property Damage Upon Check-in with our front desk staff you will be asked for a $ 500 Credit Card imprint Damage Deposit! Guests will compensate the Owner financially for all property damage caused by the Guest's party. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Guests who do not meet these policies or who are disturbing other building tennants will be evicted by security without refunds for unused nights.
