Welcome to our beautiful Gleneagles home. Located on the Chateau Whistler Golf course our home features spectacular views of Rainbow, Sproat and Whistler Mountains.

Recently renovated with heated slate floors, handscraped hardwood flooring, stainess appliances and more. Our Cozy wood burning fireplace will be an added comfort after a long day of skiing. Our home sleeps 6 persons and is a short 2 minute walk to the free village shuttle bus that will wisk you directly to the Blackcomb Mountain Gondola base or the Whistler Village Gondola base. Don't miss out on our lovely home. Your vacation will be spectacular we are sure of it!

Not ski in/ski out you say! Before you move on consider a few things. It takes a mere 5 minutes to reach the Blackcomb base gondola on the free village shuttle. Many properties in Whistler have a longer walk than that to endure. Peaceful setting and perfect for families. Lost lake and the cross country trails are right beside the condo. The village is only 5 minutes from the condo "FREE PARKING"  A disappearing luxury in Whistler that is for sure!

Great space and very convenient. The property management company was very responsive. We turned on the grill to cook steaks one night. The tank was empty so we called the management company. Someone came to replace the tank within 15 minutes!

Ski Vacation at Gleneagles

Four of us stayed here on a ski vacation to Whistler. Check in was easy, although it was a challenge at night to find the condo....there is no rhyme or reason with the numbering of the units and I had to walk around at night with my cell phone flashlight about 15 minutes before I found it. You have to go down steps and to the left where it appears there are no more units to get to it. Once in the garage, it's very easy access for unloading luggage. The indoor parking is nice.

The decor and furnishings are average, but are as in the description. It was roomy enough to have your own space. The only closet is in the master bedroom. It was advertised to have hair dryers in all the bathrooms, but had none. However, the manager delivered three hair dryers the next day after we contacted him....very responsive about an issue with the cable box and a burned out light bulb, also. I only gave it four stars for cleanliness as there was hair in two of the sinks and dust on the sink ledge. The cleaning crew came after three days to change linens and clean.

I would recommend going to the condo before going to the grocery store as there are some supplies there. You also may want to taste the water first as it had a metallic taste and a film on top when left in a glass, so you may want to buy water.

Absolutely the most comfortable place to sleep is in the TV room on the window alcove mattress. The directions for adjusting the heat are a bit confusing, but we finally figured it out. The free shuttle is about a five minute walk from the condo. If you aren't carrying skis, it's a nice walk into the upper village. Beautiful location.

Located on the Blackcomb Mountain benchlands next to the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf course. The free village shuttle bus stops right at the driveway for the condo and literally takes 2 minutes to walk to from the condo front door. In 5 minutes you will be at the Blackcomb Mountain Gondola base. It really is convenient to take the shuttle.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please remove all outdoor footwear before going up into the condo. Absolutely no ski boots up the stairs at any time as they will leave permanent marks in the wood floor.
Bike Storage Common secure bike storage room in underground garage. We do not recommend this room to store expensive mountain bikes. Bikes under no circumstances are allowed in the condo. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Please respect quiet time in this complex
Forgotten Items by Guest If you have forgotten an item we will gladly post it back to you at your expense.
Garbage Removal Please do not store garbage on deck or outside condo as this will attract wildlife. Please dispose of it in designated garbage rooms in underground garage
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary high speed internet. Internet outages due to weather or supplier are not the responsibility of owner
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door does not lock automatically. Please ensure you have locked the door when you leave
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency numbers provided in literature in condo.

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.
