Upper floor location includes two bedrooms, two baths, fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining area. Heated tile floors, vaulted ceilings, private deck with hot tub are included. Ski, boot and equipment storage at the entry level.
Free high speed wireless internet, three TV's and a couple of DVD players, games and puzzles compliment the resort's activities.
View Mt Morrisey from the living room, deck and hot tub. Catch a glimpse of Sunburst (Tod Mountain) from the guest bedroom. You know what is in store before you venture onto the slopes.
Ski in ski out location. Walk out the door, cross the courtyard to the 16th golf fairway, ski to Morrisey and enjoy the tree gladed runs. Then cross over on either Delta's Return or Home Run to the village and ride up Sundance and Sunburst high speed quad chairs and enjoy the sunny skies, powder snow and wide open cruising runs. The advanced set will love the diamonds and double diamonds on top of Crystal chair and the newly devoped runs on Morrisey. Enjoy lunch at the village or the lodge on top of Sunburst. Have a beverage on the patio at Bottoms in the village, take the Sundance chair and ski home via Rambler to East Village Ski Way to Fair Dinkum, across the 16th fairway and down to where you started your day. Alternative is to take advantage of the resort's shuttle bus service. Daily during holidays and most of January from 8:30 to 4:20. Pick up and drop off in front of our building. Enjoy the hot tub, a quiet dinner at home or head to the village for dining and evening fun.
On your way into the village, check out the heated swimming pool, tennis courts and skating rink. These, along with the tube sliding course and bunge trampoline in the village are open daily and into the early evening. Entertainment for the whole family!
Summer features great golf, hiking, fishing, biking and back country to explore. Sunburst chair will take your family to the top where several trails open to vast panoramas. Mountain bikers will love the special chairs installed just for their bikes! The summer wine and arts festival includes a wonderful salmon dinner at the lodge on top of Sunburst.
What a life! Reserve now to take advantage of the fun!
Oh, we almost forgot: during ski season, get freshly baked cinnamon rolls at the lodge on top of Sunburst, every morning at 10 (available until they run out, but fresh at 10). Also available at the Umbrella Cafe at Morrisey.

Pet friendly properties are limited to a maximum of 1 medium-to-large dog, OR 2 lap dogs, OR 1 cat (please note some properties will not allow cats due to the homeowner's allergies - check with us first on cat bookings). Excellent Ski In/Out apartment

What a great apartment! It was everything that we expected and as advertised. The location, particularly with the new Orient Chair Lift is excellent.
The apartment was very spacious for a 2 bedder compared to others that we have stayed in previously. The entry hall was a little squishy with 4 people all trying to put boots on and get their ski gear out the door but we did manage of course.
The apartment itself is very well equipped. We cooked most of our meals there instead of going out each night and found the kitchen to be adequately stocked including sharp knives which is most unusual for a rental property! All basics were supplied free of charge including happier towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, washing detergents, even the Kleenex.
We were contacted by Top of The Mountain Management to see if we needed a Freshen Up & Top Up of supplies. The management team was really responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and had plenty of storage and coat hooks which were very handy. The lounge area was also nice and spacious and came stocked with an array of books, family games and cards which we took advantage of!. The spa although small easily accommodated 4 people but any more than that would be a definite struggle.
The beds were extremely comfortable .... I had the top bunk and found it very comfy and easy to get into & out of (ps Iâ??m 54) with the stairs at the base of the bed (which are also drawers) These bunk beds were also very stable... no wobbles or squeeks. The washing facilities including dryer certainly came in handy as well.

Our condo is a ten to fifteen minute walk or three minute drive from the village, less to the swimming pool and ice skating rink. A wonderful opportunity to see the stars at night when walking to or from the village. Be sure to take in the lighted village trails. During the day, explore the trails on the lower mountain or travel up the Sunburst chair for more excitement. A joy winter, summer, fall and spring!
Access the Morrisey lift by skiing over the 16th fairway, under the bridge, or take the shuttle to the village and Sunburst/Sundance lifts.
During the winter months, a free shuttle bus stops in front of the garage entrance. Check with the day lodge information center or resort website for departure and return times.

When out of doors, a leash is required and poops picked up. There should be bags on the post on the stairs leading to the garage. If not, you will need to bring some with you. We ask a $250 deposit, $200 refundable once confirmed there is no damage, the policies followed etc. We keep $50 to pay the cleaners to do extra vacuuming and cleaning. We also ask that you do your best to keep your dog off of the furniture and beds. The deposit will be collected with your final payment.|

We are the brand new owners of 28 Stones Throw! We are a newly married couple from Vancouver. We are so excited about our second home and hope you can share it with us. We thoroughly enjoy skiing and fell in love with Sun Peaks! We can't wait to take in the beautiful landscapes and partake in all the activities, in the summer and winter and all year round!
