Unit 113 is a particularly nice example of a 2-bedroom Northstar townhome. Its two story layout separates the main sleeping areas from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This offers guests the flexibility of enjoying the common areas downstairs without disturbing others sleeping upstairs on the unit's cozy, premium bedding.
We recognize that safety and cleanliness/sanitization are in the forefront of everyone's minds during COVID19 pandemic. Our cleaners are sanitizing all high use areas (remotes, switches, handles) as well as kitchen items (cutlery, coffee machines, microwaves etc). Cleaning staff are also wearing disposable gloves ad appropriate personal protection equipment, which are changed between each clean.

Great unit!! The pictures indicated one room with bunk beds however apon arrive this room had a queen or kind bed instead. Website needs to be updated other that that the unit worked great. Loved the accommodation, tastefully decorated and a very well-equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the food left in cupboards, available to guests (like salt, pepper, oil etc) if required, though we had all our own. It is a welcome touch. Well laid out - not huge downstairs, but intelligently furnished and roomy upstairs. Big bathroom. 4 or 5 can stay very comfortably indeed.
Only negative is, after 11 hours of travel, to be given the incorrect password to access it, so we had to go to and fro to sort this out. Also, the parking needs to be described more clearly in the documents as it was quite hard to find, and the access pad is deeper underground - and is the second pad one comes across - so was confusing. That aside, we would definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment details (aside from the arrival issues) have been wonderfully executed.View Full Review

Really enjoyed our stay with Stony Creek North Star. They had pretty much everything we could need - even a pump to blow up floaties, A/C units, portable music player and access to netflix! A few suggestions:
- have an extra access key card - we had 7 in our group, making it difficult to maneuver our vehicles in out and for activities and to the pool and back (maybe this is something that we could have asked for with Whistler reception services?)
- the door should lock after you input the code - that was a strange system, and honestly we forgot to do it half of the time
- mini shower gels, extra towels, laundry detergent

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests assume all expenses for excessive cleaning costs. This cost will be charged to the credit card that the guest provides upon check-in|

This opens onto the living room, which has a warm seating area around the gas fireplace and a 37 inch plasma TV. The large, fully-equipped kitchen and connected laundry room joins to the dining area via a large pass through. Access to the spacious, private deck is provided by the large slider. Light fills the first floor through expansive windows facing both Whistler and Blackcomb peaks.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: the master with queen bed & tv, and the second bedroom which has a tri-bunk with double bed below and twin/single above. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bath with jetted tub.
