Had a great stay at this townhouse which is located in an ideal location, with ease of access to Village. Very clean, beautiful and well maintained home. BBQ was a bit dirty, however I did not mind cleaning it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels/vacation homes, but have never come across such an ample supply of utensils/toiletries, etc.
Mike's responsiveness is amazing, he literally called me within 30 secs of my message on Allura Direct's website. He gave us a detailed tour of the house at the time of our arrival, with well elaborated instructions.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations Made by Guests | Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 6% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. Deposits and Balance payments for reservations occurring in February 2010, are non refundable with the exception of the Olympics being cancelled. |
Courtesy Hold Reservations | Requested dates are not placed on hold prior to payment unless specifically negotiated in advance as this site allows for live reservations. |
Delayed Arrivals | Delayed arrivals are not a problem. Refunds will not be issued for delayed arrivals. |

Reservation Changes | Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. |
Website Service Fee | Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Complaints Concerning Property | Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | Excessive cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the guest. |
Excessive Noise | Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Montebello and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest. |
Housekeeping | Complimentary: upon arrival and departure and mid week for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request. |
