Had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is slope side so nice and quiet unlike the front side apartments which can be disturbed by the trash collections early in the morning. This was the first time in staying at this complex that we had to check in at another location in whistler village. Since we had been many times we knew our way about it was not a problem. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the concierge was helpful. Would definitely stay again if we travel as 2 couples.

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights in May. We had originally booked for 4 and due to changes we needed to come up a day earlier. Emailed Rob and it was no problem. The condo was exactly as the photos looked, CLEAN, spacious and well decorated. The view was fantastic!

Kitchen was well stocked so it made it easy to make a few meals. Having a small BBQ with a little table and chairs was a bonus. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were nice a modern. Pool and 3 hots tubs were great.

The building is clean and well maintained. Location in the upper village made for a quick stroll into the village or to a ton of trails. We were up in whistler for an event but we felt like we were able to get some much need R&R.

This condo did not disappoint and will be our first choice when we head back up to whistler. Thanks for the great stay!!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Delayed Arrivals We do not issue refunds for delayed arrivals. Delayed arrivals are not an issue as we have a 24 hour check in service.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will pay any above 'normal' cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Eviction will occur if guests create excessive noise
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater then 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.

The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Large and spacious 2 bedroom property. Master bedroom has a king bed (or 2 twin beds upon request) and full ensuite bathroom.
