Overall the place was amazing! Nice to have the garage and parking very handy with 2 families.
The only issue we had was the ice maker in fridge didn’t work.
If I could make a suggestion... the hot tub should be on top floor where the Kitchen and living room is instead of off the master bedroom. It’s not fair to the people in the master bedroom having to deal with all the traffic in and out of rhetoric bedroom to access hot tub.

Purchasing a day ticket at Big White Ski Resort just got a whole lot easier, more affordable, and more safe. The NEW Big White Day Ticket will be available for online purchase only starting October 20.
To Purchase an online day ticket:
- Head to bigwhite.com
- Select the date you plan to ski or board.
- Each person must setup an individual profile so that every ticket is assigned to a guest.
- Enter your payment details and automatically receive 25% off retail price.
- Upon purchase, you'll receive a barcode on your mobile device (or print out, if you prefer!).
- When it is time to head to the mountain, proceed directly to one of our new Big White Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located around the resort.
- Scan your digital barcode at the pick-up boxes to receive your physical ticket.
- Head direct to lift and enjoy your day on the mountain.
- Please ski and ride with care and abide by the alpine responsibility code.
Once you have purchased on online day ticket, you can reload the physical card one day at a time, using the WTP number found on the front of the card. Due to possible limited capacity, there may be limited number of tickets available every day so we recommend that you purchase well in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets MUST be purchased online as ticket windows will not be open. Customer service will be available over the phone to assist you.
All tickets are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferrable and MUST be used on the date selected. Be sure you have only one ticket on you at all times as multiple tickets will prevent you going through the gate seamlessly. Please take a photo of the front of your ticket, as it makes it easier to replace if lost.

Policies
PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY, particularly our cancellation policy. These policies are strictly enforced. Failure to meet them prior to your arrival or during your stay will result in either cancellation or eviction. Minimum age for guests is 25, unless accompanying parents/guardians. We do not require a deposit in advance for damages. By booking with us you agree to pay charges up to $2,000.00 for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.

Cancellations Made by Guests | All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products. Covid 19 Policies:We wish to ensure our guests feel confident that they can book with peace of mind knowing we are making efforts to be as flexible as possible in these uncertain times. If your country, government, or airline has an official “nonessential travel restriction” in place for the dates of your travel a refund less a 5% processing fee is offered. This policy applies up to 90 days before the booked arrival date. Between 90 days and your arrival date guests will receive a 100% booking credit for the amount paid towards a booking for the same property for future travel up to 12/18 months from the cancelation date. Or you can receive a refund of 95% of the value of the booking less applicable fees. We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |

Property Details
Alluring and Distinctive, our home is a splendid 3 level chalet.
Entry level is a Queen Room with a full bathroom including a bathtub/shower combination. There is also the secure, attached garage with parking for 2 vehicles and ski storage.
Second floor has more sleeping areas. The ample Master bedroom has a HDTV, 3 piece ensuite and access to the hot tub on the deck. The 2 Bunk rooms each include a single over double bunk bed and access to the main bathroom with steam shower. The laundry facilities are also on this floor.
Top level boasts 800 square feet of the living area. The Spacious Open Floor concept has the kitchen centered between the living and dining room areas. The dining area is at the rear with views of the ski run. The living room is located in the front with views to the south. Powder room is adjacent to the dining room.
