Very comfortable and a great location

Our family of three, two adults and one six year old found this to be a comfy and convenient home away from home. It is within easy walking distance to all that the village has to offer. The grocery, liquor and drug stores are right across the street and there is even a shared heated pool and large hot tub. The unit is also close to the clubhouse and pool, which is really nice.

It was clean and well stocked with the basics: shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc. Also a hair dryer. The pull out sofa worked well for our daughter and it was nice to have a second TV in the bedroom. I look forward to staying here again.

Great place, great price!

This place was awesome. Clean, updated appliances, super easy check/in. I never tried to contact the owners because I didnâ??t need to - but I had to rate responsiveness so gave 5 stars. . They left a Great binder for guests with phone numbers, door codes, instructions for appliances etc. Secured parking included which is great for Whistler.

Price was very reasonable for Whistler. Walking distance to lifts but long walk so not practical in ski boots. Thereâ??s a free shuttle or you can drive. Right across from IGA and much quieter than main village. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We had a great weekend and enjoyed the unit. There was no bathtub, but a really nice shower. Hideabed was comfortable, but noisy springs if you moved. The location was great, crossed the street and took the free shuttle.Unit was in handy location-not far from pool, made unloading easy.

Our home is close to all Whistler has to offer.  We are across from the Marketplace in Village North.  Across the street is a grocery store, several restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, liquor store, video store, candy shop, medical services, and the village stroll. For parents with young kids, a play area is at the end of the village stroll closest to our complex.  We are also next to the valley trail... a great trail for getting around the Whistler area by foot, bike, or skateboard.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days You are allowed to arrive any day of the week. However, no departures are allowed on December 25th, 26th or January 1st.
Cancellations Made by Guests Re-booked nights will be refunded less 10% administration fee. Payments not refundable unless re-booked.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed to you after final payment. Email us with any questions you have.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes If availability permits and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you choose to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount in non-refundable. If you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable if the unit is not rebooked. If you have not paid the balance, then payment will be readjusted to reflect your new stay.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Locked area provided in secured underground garage. No bikes in our unit.
Check-In Time 4:00pm. Email for information; early check in may be possible.
Check-Out Time 10:00am. Contact us as late check-out may be possible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any excessive cleaning over and above what our housekeeper normally charges will be charged back to you. Please be sure to put garbage where it belongs (in the garbage room), wipe up spills on the sofa, etc...Please start a load of towels in the washing machine prior to departure, and put all dishes in the dishwasher. Any excessive cleaning over and above what our housekeeper normally charges will be charged back to you.
Excessive Noise No noise policy in effect in this complex after 10pm. No noise policy in effect after 10pm. This is a family complex; please respect other guests staying in the complex. All units have a number displayed in the unit for guests to call regarding after hours noise complaints. If a noise complaint is lodged against you, we will also be notified. If there are any fines, etc., resulting from the complaint you will be responsible for them and you may be evicted without a refund.
Garbage Removal Please remove garbage upon your departure. The garbage room code access is provided inside the unit.
Housekeeping Cleaning after your departure is included. In addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Liability We (the owners ) are excluded from any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of their stay. We are excluded from liability while in transit to/from, or while on resort property. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.
Maintenance Emergencies A 24 hr contact number will be given. Complete emergency instructions will be provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Four adult guests allowed in the unit. Email me with regarding kids.
Missing Items Any missing items will be subject to credit card charge upon guests departure.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are responsible for payment of all fines levied against the owner as a result of the noise bylaw. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. We will not refund evicted guests.
Parking & Ticketing You will be given an assigned secured underground parking space. There is limited, 2 hr. visitor parking available.
Property Damage We do not take a damage deposit and rely on the honesty of our guests. Although we request no damage deposit, you are financially responsible for any damage incurred by yourselves or your guests during your stay. Lost sets of keys/garage door openers will incur a $60 charge.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals. NO long-term rentals allowed.
Terms of Eviction By 24 hr. security company. Eviction for excessive noise, property damage, disturbing the peace.

Reservation Guarantee If our property is damaged and we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund, or be moved to a comparable property. Owners will assume additional accomodation-related relocation costs up to $500 CAD. If a comparable property is not available, the booking will be cancelled with a full refund.

Property Details

The entry way is a separate, enclosed, mud room with ski/board storage, washer/dryer, a sitting bench, hall closet, and lots of hooks to hang and dry your gear. Leaving the entry, you proceed down a hallway.  The bedroom is on your right.  It has a queen bed, 2 night tables with lamps, phone, and alarm clock. There is ample storage in the closet, and 6 drawer dresser.  One entire wall is windows.  Across from the bedroom is the bathroom which has a bathtub with sliding glass doors, and a hairdryer.

Further down the hallway is the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is located on the left side.  It has been outfitted with new, full size stainless steel appliances and updated decor.  It is fully stocked to make your stay as effortless as possible.  The kitchen counter overlooks the dining area, and has 2 barstools under the kitchen counter for extra seating and mingling with your company.  The dining area comfortably seats 4 to 6 people.

The living room is across from the kitchen.  It has a gas fireplace surrounded by slate tile and a wood mantle.  The television, DVD, and stereo are next to the fireplace.  A large sectional sofa has a queen pull out sofa bed.  Windows compose one entire wall, and look out onto the private patio.  There is also a door in the living room that leads out to the patio and BBQ.

Living Area

Because the living area has one full wall of windows and a glass patio door, it receives lots of natural light.  This area has been fully rennovated with all new furniture, lighting, and flooring. It has a large area rug over the wood laminate floors. There is a new large microsuede sectional sofa, that has a very comfortable pull-out queen sleeper (we've slept on it several times).  The ottoman serves as a coffee table and storage unit.  This is where extra linens are located and where you can store you items as well. There is a gas fireplace surrounded by slate tiles and a wood mantle.  A 40" LCD television outfitted with cable, free high speed internet access (wireless), Blu-ray DVD player, and a small stereo are also located in the living room. You may watch HD movies on our blu-ray DVD, but we do not get any HD channels.

Dining Area

The dining area is located just off of the living area.  The table comfortably sits 4.  In addition, there are 2 barstools under the kitchen counter that can also provide additional seating.  The TV is next to the dining area and can be turned around on the lazy susan to watch during your meal.  The large counter top between the kitchen and dining area serves as a great serving area for "serve yourself" type of meals.  Since our floors are wood laminate, clean up is a breeze!  No smashed food into the carpet!!!
