This is our third stay at the unit and we love the convenience and central location of the unit, the fireplace, the barbecue on the deck, the well stocked pantry and kitchen facilities and the ample parking spot. The large outdoor hot tub was most welcome after a very cold day of skiing in fresh powder. We would happily stay at this unit for a fourth time. Looking forward to it already! This was out second time staying here. The layout of the place is great and feels spacious. Kitchen very well stocked. Unit is close to entry loop so easy to unload and go park. Easy to walk to different places in the village. Crystal is very helpful and good at communicating if you need anything. We'll be staying here again. I would suggest slippers or wool socks as the bedroom floor was cold on my feet.

We had a fantastic stay at Crystal and Jordan's place, the apartment is spacious, homely and very well stocked. We loved having the carpark space and the secure bike storage downstairs, and being so close to the grocery store, pharmacy etc was very convenient. All the instructions were easy to follow in terms of checking in and out, and everything was very clean. We had everything we needed for a great and comfortable stay and will definitely stay again in the future!

This is a great condo in a great location. The unit was clean when we arrived, and had lots of supplies to make the stay easier (soap, towels, detergents, TP, spices, small appliances, etc.) The bed was good and there were plenty of sheets and pillows.

The shared pool and hot tub are showing their age, with some missing tiles and peeling paint, but everything was working perfectly.

The "bike storage lockers" in the parkade were overflowing beyond capacity with bikes, so you might need to bring extra locks and chains to secure your bikes to your vehicle instead.

This place is the best! It is right across the Marketplace village. Walking distance to everything. And bus stop is right in front of the complex. The outdoor pool and large hot tub is nice for those sore muscles after a day of skiing. The condo had a large sectional, plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was stocked with everything that was needed. I will be booking this in the future for sure.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in Northstar #1** and we love the unit. It has been refurbished with new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, which is extremely well equipped (complete with an assortment of spices, propane barbecue, blender and slow cooker). The only thing we could have asked for is some coffee to start (there was a package of decaffeinated coffee in the cupboard though). The bed is comfortable and the central location that cannot be beat. Parking is a breeze and the owner's instruction manual was thorough. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a place where you can walk to the Village and take the free shuttle to the lifts. The kitchen will save you from having to eat out. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay again!

Great spot to spend ten days in Whistler! The suite is spacious and comfortable with all the things you need to feel at home. The outdoor space is perfect for a morning coffee or in my case a workout on the patio followed by an afternoon cocktail in the sunshine. The complex is well-maintained and the location is ideal for accessing the Whistler Village. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

A Great 3 Weeks Skiing

We come to Whistler each year to see our Son who now lives and works in the area. 4 of us stayed in the apartment and we went skiing most days. For us it was a perfect base. Wonderful and eventful stay at Northstar 1**

Unit has great location in Upper Village across from bus stop and Fresh St. Market. Loading and unloading was easy. Underground parking access is convenient. Owners have left thorough instructions for everything in their guest book along with a well stocked pantry of condiments and spaces. There was even a crock pot, blender and electric grill in the kitchen! Dining room chairs and sectional sofa were very comfortable, as was the bed in the bedroom.

The only hitch we experienced was a fire alarm that went off during our visit in the complex one afternoon (firemen came to complex and disarmed the fire alarm), and our entry code somehow got changed when we tried to re-enter the unit after visiting the hot tub one evening. Kudos and many thanks to the properties staff person at the front desk for allowing us to use her computer to contact the owners for assistance even though she is not responsible for private rentals (she was amazing!).

Thankfully, Crystal answered our call promptly and saved us from a wet and cold evening outside! She was good enough to call us back after we got in using the new code to make sure that everything was okay (thanks very much)!

Well-functioning home for ski vacation

We (2 adults) stayed here in early december for a workation. This unit was in great shape although the complex itself is older. We liked that the bathroom had good shower rather than the useless tiny bathtub. Both bathroom and kitchen were well stocked. And if we needed something the grocery stores at the market place were just 1 minute walk away.

The free bus service to the lifts is handy. The bus stop is just across the street and run frequently in the mornings and afternoons. Will certainly return to this nice condo!

Clean and convenient condo!

This condo is really a great location for winter or summer. We loved that it was so close to the grocery store and village (close to the Olympic Plaza) and our kids loved how easily they could get themselves to the pump track and bike path network. We visted the Lost Lake area many times.

The condo had everything we needed to cook - we only went out a handful of times which saved a ton of money. Having laundry in the unit was a major plus as well. We enjoyed the hot tub one night, but had a fair bit of poor weather during our stay, so the pool didn't tempt us. Very easy to load in, park, store bikes, etc. Thank you!

I've stayed in many Whistler condo units over the years mostly in the North Village area. The pace there is a bit slower and quieter while still being close enough to the mountains and the action in the Village. This unit rates right up there with the best. Clean, tastefully updated and comfortable with very convenient access to the load/ unload parking area. Also quite large for a one bedroom. All in all a lovely experience.

Very good condo in a good location

We had a great stay. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything required to make your own meals although a non stick frying pan would be a good addition. Lots of counter space and a newer quiet fridge. Living area was nice and the gas fireplace worked well. Bed and bedding was comfortable and there was a good sized closet and dresser for your clothes. Having a full-size new washer and dryer was very convenient. Wifi was excellent.

The condo location was great. Being on the ground floor meant not having to lug skis and luggage up and down stairs. It was a very short walk to the well maintained hot tub and pool. The free shuttle bus stop was also close by.

A Great Start to Summer 2018!

We had a wonderful stay at this property to start our Summer 2018 holidays off. The North Star location is fabulous and our kids always enjoy the pool. This unit in particular is furnished stylishly and comfortably. The couch is of high quality, as is the bedroom mattress. It was nice to have a variety of pillows to choose your firmness preference. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook meals.

We found the owner's responsiveness and attentiveness to be over and above expectation when we had an issue come up. Thank you again! We will definitely return. Well done!

Good size apartment. Extremely convenient both to everything in Whistler and also the Highway from Vancouver. Supermarket a one minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a five to ten minute walk. Apartment itself is shaded because it's on the ground floor and there are trees outside-but this helps keep the outside summer heat down inside which is good. Underground parking is excellent. Breathtaking scenery all around and en route.

Spring Skiing 2018

We had a fantastic stay for 10 nights. The apartment was perfect size for us and very well presented and super clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of space for storage and hanging thing up. My brother came to join us for a few nights and the fold out sofa bed was huge and very easy to get out and fold away. Kitchen had everything you need, though I might suggest a few more wine glasses as we could only find one........and you know how we English like to drink wine.

Great location just opposite the Bus stop for the village shuttle, never had to wait more than 3 mins for the bus in the morning! We very much enjoyed the Hot tub and pool in the leisure complex, some good times chatting with fellow skiers on the days events / conditions over a G & T (in the plastic cups provided).

All in all and perfect stay in a lovely and very well maintained apartment. Highly recommended to all.......we will most certainly be back!

Very comfortable and a great location

Our family of three, two adults and one six year old found this to be a comfy and convenient home away from home. It is within easy walking distance to all that the village has to offer. The grocery, liquor and drug stores are right across the street and there is even a shared heated pool and large hot tub. The unit is also close to the clubhouse and pool, which is really nice.

It was clean and well stocked with the basics: shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc. Also a hair dryer. The pull out sofa worked well for our daughter and it was nice to have a second TV in the bedroom. I look forward to staying here again.

This place was awesome. Clean, updated appliances, super easy check/in. I never tried to contact the owners because I didnâ??t need to - but I had to rate responsiveness so gave 5 stars. . They left a Great binder for guests with phone numbers, door codes, instructions for appliances etc. Secured parking included which is great for Whistler.

Price was very reasonable for Whistler. Walking distance to lifts but long walk so not practical in ski boots. Thereâ??s a free shuttle or you can drive. Right across from IGA and much quieter than main village. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I really don't want to let everybody know how great this accommodation is just in case it gets booked out and I cant get in to stay again!

We stayed as a family of four for 3 1/2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay - it was clean, comfortable and was fitted out with everything we needed to make us feel at home and it was within easy walking distance to the Vilage but still just out of the main hustle and bustle of Whistler. Communicating with Crystal was easy and efficient.

Great property. It had everything we needed and was a close walk to Whistler Village. Grocery store and Starbucks was across the street as was the shuttle to the lifts. It was a nice perk that the owner provided sleds for us to use while staying there. My kids loved it!

My only suggestion for the owner is to provide laundry detergent for the guests to use, if we are expected to wash the towels before leaving as per the instructions on the Departure Checklist. Otherwise, the unit was nice and spacious and well kept. We would definitely recommend it to others coming to visit Whistler.

Great location with access to shopping and free bus shuttle directly across the street from the complex. The suite is well equipped, comfortable, quiet, includes secure parking and the owner is quick to resolve any issues. This combined with great ski conditions made for a wonderful vacation.

Nice Unit in Stoney Creek

I have rented many units in Stoney Creek and this is one of the nicer ones. It has been tastefully updated and decorated and has lots of natural light. Really appreciated the barbecue on the patio. It is very close to the entrance of the complex so it is not far to carry your luggage but can be a bit noisy with cars dropping off in the turnaround.

Lacking a bit in wine glasses (this could just be due to breakage from rentals) but overall a well stocked kitchen. Location is perfect if you want to be away from the noise of the main village yet be close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend this unit.

Directions to our Northstar, unit 110, in Whistler, BC: • Go North on the Sea to Sky Hwy. • Once you arrive in the Whistler Village area, take a right at the 2nd light from Hwy 99 onto Lorimer Rd. • Take the first right onto Northlands Blvd. • Take the first right into the turnaround (4355 Northlands Blvd). You will see the Twin Peaks sign first and then the Northstar sign. • We are located at 4355 Northlands Blvd., unit 110 (the Northstar). I suggest parking your car in the turnaround to unload. We are in the first building on your right. The second walkway is the entry to our unit (Building F). Use the access code provided to get into the unit. Our unit faces inward, towards the pathway and pool. We are conveniently located 2 entrances down from the drop-off and look towards the clubhouse/pool. Fortunately, we hear very little of the pool noise and unpacking is super easy!

Excessive Cleaning:

Any excessive cleaning over and above what our housekeeper normally charges will be charged back to you. Please be sure to put garbage where it belongs (in the garbage room), wipe up spills on the sofa, etc...Please start a load of towels in the washing machine prior to departure, and put all dishes in the dishwasher and start. Any excessive cleaning over and above what our housekeeper normally charges will be charged back to you.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
