I booked this Chalet for the other half of our group and they were very impressed and loved their stay there. The only negative was that there was no pantry in the kitchen so had food spread about in different cupboards. Would be very happy to book this Ski chalet again. Cheers, Jenny.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Chalet. We had a group of 9, (4 adults and 5 kids) and the bedding, well equipped kitchen and space fit our needs. Would highly recommend this property, also really liked the privacy of the hot tub. We did have one issue with the hot tub jets not working and the maintenance company was out right away to fix it. Although we didn't request a late check out during our stay, the 10am check out seems a little too early for the cost we are paying for the stay. 11am would be much better if possible.

We LOVE the Northern Star and have been vacationing here since 2013. We really appreciate the attentiveness of the Management company. We had an issue with the garage door opener and Shaun was quick to remedy the situation. We also appreciate the regular maintenance of the Hot Tub! Our only suggestion would be steam cleaning the upholstered sofa, love seat and area rug by the fireplace. See you next year!

Discounted Lift Tickets: The Biggie Card is your way to savings !!! YOU MUST GET IT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT BIG WHITE SKI RESORT. Cards can be reloaded from a cell phone or a computer once you have created a profile. It takes 30 minutes for the data to be processed and reach out gates.
Here's what you need to know about the Biggie Card:
- Direct to lift ski ticket – no need to stand in line.
- Reloadable – the more you reload the more you save and it must be done up to 30 minutes before you approach a lift.
- NO Blackout dates so you save everyday.
- Offers great savings over regular and amazing pricing over peak periods.
- Can be reloaded via website or mobile with the creation of a profile – that is what people forget to do, you must create a profile to reload.
- Reloaded pass can take up to 30-45mins to become active (Excluding any issues with payment etc.).

Location
Located in Big White's prominent and centrally located White Forest Estates, The Northern Star offers an excellent location to all resort amenities. Our home provides a private and intimate setting, with easy access to to the runs, lifts, and the village centre. Everything is less than a 10 minute walk away!
You have a few simple steps to get to the lifts from our home.
There a two different options. The walk to the lifts in the village is less than 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can ski down to Happy Valley by taking the trail located at the end of the cul de sac, over the skier’s bridge and down to Happy Valley and the Gondola base station. Take the Gondola up to the village center. From there, turn left to access the Plaza Run that leads you to the Ridge Rocket and the Snow Ghost Express lifts, or right to the Bullet Express chair lift.

Very spacious room with a natural gas fireplace and fabulous vista featuring the Monashee Mountains from large windows. There are 3 comfortable couches, and the entertainment unit houses the flat screen TV with HDTV and Movies on Demand, VCR, Stereo, CD player and assortment of books.
Please bring your own DVD's and CD's as we do not provide them in our home.
