Great Vacation Rental After a day on the slopes this was a perfect chalet for rest and relaxation. Visits from 2 of the neighbours Labrador Retrievers - Max and Chum for a day just - made this place really feel like home!

Loved staying in this beautiful cabin. The owners are wonderful and we loved visits from their adorable dogs. The neighbourhood is stunning and getting to the ski hill or town is so fast. Would gladly stay here again.

Please contact us regarding activity planning that we may help you with for your vacation.  There are excellent guiding services available, or we can simply point you in the right direction or even show you where to find the best snow or bike trails. We are experienced skiers and mountain-bikers and welcome your queries.  Hiking, mountain-biking, back-country skiing and shoeshoeing can be accessed right out the door.  Arrangements can be made to stock the kitchen with your favourite grocery items and beverages in the fridge so that you don't need to spend valuable holiday time looking for all the right stuff to make your experience the best it can be.  We are more than happy to be of assistance so don't hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.


Find Mt. Fernie Timberlodge in the mountain community of Alpine Trails in Fernie, BC on the lower slopes of Mt. Fernie.  The development features large lots, mountain-styled homes which are built with strict architectural controls.  The roadway is paved and features lovely street lamps.  It is indeed a thoughtfully constructed community that is quiet, secluded and natural.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Garbage Removal Garbage and bottles etc. may be placed in appropriate containers in the garage.
Housekeeping house will be clean and ready for your arrival. Upon departure, all dishes must be done and put away. If you require housekeeping mid-stay, arrangements with cleaners can be made. Garbage and beverage containers can be placed in the garage. No garbage, plastic bags etc. cans, bottles can be left outside as these items attract bears.
Excessive Noise Quiet time is 11 pm. Hot tub closes at 9 pm FIRM until 10 am. Please note that voices travel very easily from the hot tub. Kindly respect our neighbors. Ensure there is no excessive abusive drinking, lewd behavior or climbing on structure, fireplace or trees.
Liability we are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on the property. We assume no responsibility for valuables and personal items during your stay.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 people overnight. Includes babies and children.
Property Damage guest will pay for all damage incurred during stay even if the offender is being hosted by the guest. please remove outdoor footwear upon entering. Ski boots are not allowed beyond the front entry area. Remember all the things you need before you put your boots on.

Furniture consists of leather sectional sofa, two matching occassional chairs, willow chair and coffee table and endtable. Dining Area

Dining table can very comfortably accommodate 8 people, 10 people cozy with  seating for 2  more at the bar.  The dining set consists of table, bench and 6 chairs. Extra chairs are scattered throughout the house and can moved in for extras.  Table linens, candles and candlesticks are in the drawer beside the table.
