After a thrilling day on the slopes
Start those toes warming the minute you walk into the condo on the heated slate floors, if that doesn't catch your attention then maybe this will, how about putting your feet up in front of the floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace or better yet relaxing in your own private hot tub while toasting your best run & watching the sun go down over the Monashees.

The condo is spacious
Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 large double bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) plus 1 den (with bunk beds). The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and heated tile floors, the dining table seats 6. Also features 2 bathrooms, 1 with double seat steam shower. great stay for our family

We loved our stay here, very easy ski-out and the unit was in great condition. We, 4 adults and 1 child fit perfectly and there was room for one more child in the bunk bedroom. There is a convenient place to leave your skis outdoors if you want to stop in for a bit during the day. 1 flight of stairs or the elevator makes for easy access. The parkade is very large with room assigned spaces.

The hot tub has a view of the Mogul Track ski run and the SW view from the living room made for great sunsets. If we need a bigger space then the 1 bedroom my wife and I own here at Big White we would certainly rent this accommodation again. My only very minor issue was the combination lock for the ski locker. My old eyes had a bit of trouble seeing the marks on the lock face. Once we got it off we used a lock we had from our own unit for the duration of our stay.

The condo is as shown in the photos. True ski in/out location. Our only complaints are the lack of response from the owner to our early check-in request made 2 days prior to arrival and really awful, smelly bed spreads and no duvet, just thin blanket in the master bedroom. Kitchen could be better equipped (we couldn't find spatula or strainer)

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise You may be evicted without refund.
Housekeeping After checkout. Please use the laundry and cleaning products supplied for use during your stay.
Liability We cannot be held responsible for any bodily harm to guests while they are on our property or at Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Please contact on-site maintenance.

Property Damage We will charge you for any damage to our property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Accommodation is legally zoned for vacation rentals.
