Location is excellent! Across from free village shuttle bus to gondola area. Directly across from Marketplace for all grocery shopping needs.
Kitchen was well stocked.
Bed mattresses were a little soft but it was still comfortable enough for a couple nights stay.
Overall, it was a very nice place to stay at.

What an awesome holiday , our accommodation was in the perfect location, bus at front door , grocery store across the road and right in the village ! Only a short stroll to the gondola , and enjoying the hot tub after a day on the mountain was perfect and at night from the hot tub you can see the groomers up on the mountain . |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||If upon departure, our cleaners detect the excessive cleaning requirements, the rental party will be contacted and required to pay the difference.|
|Excessive Noise||If excessive noise is reported to us, the local authorities will be contacted and you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm PST until 8:00 am PST.|
|Garbage Removal||Please ensure that all garbage is taken to the underground parking area and placed in the provided garbage bins.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary cleaning before arrival and after departure.|
|Liability||The unit owners are not liable for any loss or damage to rental parties personal property during their stay at the unit.|
|Locking Door||Upon exiting the unit, the rental party will ensure that the units front door is always locked. This is done by pressing the lock button on the outdoor key pad.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Local contact number. Complete emergency contacts will be provided in check-in package.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||The maximum sleeping capacity for unit 46-4335 Northlands Blvd is 5. The townhouse owners reserve the right to request the rental party to vacate the unit if more than 5 people are staying in the unit.|
|Missing Items||Any item reported as missing from the unit will be reported to the rental owners and subsequently reported to the rental party. The rental party will be required to pay fair market value for the missing items.|
|Noise Restrictions||Please respect the Stoney Creek - Lagoons property management regulations by ensuring quiet time is between the hours of 11:00 pm PST and 7:00 am PST.|
|Parking & Ticketing||Secured underground parking. Designated parking spot given in check-in package.|
|Property Damage||If property damage is detected, the rental party will be contacted and requested to pay the damage deposit. If the damage exceeds the current damage deposit amount, legal matters will be taken to determine total costs to repair the damage and will be submitted to the rental party for payment.|

Third Floor: This level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, laundry area as well as a balcony for the private hot tub and unobstructed views of both mountains.
