Welcome to our home at Riverside Mountain Village (Business License #002197). Our property is located beside the Elk River. The Fernie Alpine Resort, Fernie Golf & Country Club, and downtown Fernie are minutes away. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful views. The main view to the south west is a panoramic view of the ski hill and Lizard Range of the Rocky Mountains. The view to the north and east is of the beautiful Elk River with parkland and tall trees on the opposite side of the river with mountains in the background.
Our property consists of an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 bathrooms, balcony (with BBQ) and in-suite laundry. The living room has a TV, DVD Player and Cable and the lock-off bedroom and loft also have TVs and cable. Our home also has free wireless internet. Had an amazing week staying there and skiing Fernie. Paul is a very good host. Definitely recommend this. We were 4 travellers and the place was really big. It could surely fit more and still be comfortable. Would be a pleasure to stay there again in future trips !

• NO Skis, Boards & Bikes allowed in the Unit. They can be locked in the locker under the front stairs (assigned to the unit).
• Bikes can be locked up on the back deck. Use back stairs to bring bikes up to the deck. DO NOT bring bikes in through the Unit.
• Dirty dishes MUST be put in the dishwasher & turned on upon departure.
• All garbage MUST be thrown out in the green bin at the end of the parking lot upon departure.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No Pets Permitted
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Guests Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. |
Excessive Noise | The condominium by-law has an established quiet time from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. This by-law is enforced and fines are issued if an incident report is filed by security for "excessive noise". The definition of excessive noise during quiet time is noise from one unit that pervades into another during this time. All fines will be paid by the renter via the security deposit if a fine is issued to the owner after your stay. Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building is prohibited. You will get evicted without a refund. |
Garbage Removal | On departure daye, renters MUST remove garbage. All garbage MUST be thrown out in the green bin at the end of the parking lot upon departure. |

Two story condo with second level entrance. The main level is the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with stone-surround gas fireplace and two bathrooms. The main level also has two bedrooms (one bedroom is a lock-off) with ensuite and Queen beds, Kitchen, living room, dinning area and laundry. Upstairs is the large loft with two double beds and two single beds. The loft also has TV?VCR and beautiful views.
