Ideal location for skiers and kids could sled right out the back. Great cold room. Great house for multiple families. Lots of room for everyone. Hope to go back again in 2 years. Had a couple of minor hiccups but they were resolved quickly.

We are repeat visitors to this location, and hope to return! I love that the kitchen is so well equipped, and the location is amazing. The owners and local maintenance/housekeeping folks have always been very responsive and helpful. We had a couple of power outages this year due to high winds and heavy snow, but we couldn't find any flashlights. They would be a great addition to the utility drawer.

A grocery service is provided by Butcher Boys in Vernon.  For a delivery fee of $20 they will deliver to your door and if you give them the code to the front door then they deliver into the refridgerator on the day of your arrival.

Housekeeping is offerred twice per week.  On a mid week service it is a towel change and general tidy up.  Every Saturday it is a complete linen change and vacuum with tidy up.  These 2 cleans are complimentary and are included in your nightly charge.

Garbage will be collected twice per week and is complimentary.

Wi-fi internet connection is complimentary and password will be available upon booking payment

hot tub is serviced 5 days per week




Chalet Beaujolais is a 5 minute level walk from the centre of Silver Star Village.  It is located at the base of the Alpine Meadows quad lift.  It is one of only a handfull of properties where the walk into town is level.  This is a true ski in and ski out home with views up the mountain from the rear of the house and with views over Silver Queen ski run and lift and to Vernon from the front of the property.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refund given if your arrival is delayed due to travel, weather, or any other issues. No refund for nights not used.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Door code will be made available to tenants upon owner receiving email stating that they are leaving for their holiday.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservation Changes Will be accepted provided the dates are clear and money already paid will be transferred to those new dates. If season dates change the rates, additional payment or refunds should be made.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Check out cleaning costs are included in rates. Any excessive cleaning needed will be charged in addition to your rental. Guest agrees to pay actual excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise After 11pm. guests need to consider our neighbours and be quiet.
Garbage Removal Removed every Saturday and midweek.
Housekeeping A full linen and towel change and clean will occur every Saturday and midweek a towel change and mini clean will occur.
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless Internet available. When guest is about to leave on their holiday they can email me and I will give them the username and code.
Liability Owners carry liability insurance.
Locking Door Keyless code to door. When guest is about to leave on their holiday, they can email me and I will give them the code to the front door.
Maintenance Emergencies On site property agent should be contacted. When guest is about to leave on holidays and emails me I will give emergency maintenance phone number.

Property Details

As you enter Chalet Beaujolais from its own private front balcony you enter into an Entry foyer.  On the left is a large bedroom 4 with 1 x double bed and twin above with 2x twin beds as well with ensuite included.  From foyer you go into the fully equipped kitchen then Dining with laundry on left.  From dining you enter the living room with stairs on left or straight through to Warm room then Cold room. 

Upstairs you find the open loft overlooking loungeroom below with verandah outside with hot tub.  Also upstairs are Main Bedroom with QS Bed and full bathroom ensuite and built in robe.  Bedroom 2 is QS bedroom with Built in wardrobe.  Bedroom 3 consists of 1 x Double bed with twin above and 2 x twin as well.  Bed. 2 and 3 share a full bathroom across hallway.  Parking for 2 cars in front of home parked next to stairs nose to tail and excess car parking is a 50 m. Level walk from home.
