Close to Marketplace/Village stroll, Owners very responsive and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend! To no fault of the owners(as it was in the instructions) not leave car unattended for even 2 minutes at the front as we came very close to having our car towed. When unpacking leave someone in the vehicle or park underground.

We have come to this rental for 3 years now and my family and I will not stay anywhere else in Whistler. The townhouse is close to everything you need but far enough to avoid the noise. This time around the owner was able to accommodate early check in and later check out which made our stay even more relaxed and stress free. We always look forward to our trips to Whistler and know that we dont need to pack extras as everything needed is already at the townhouse. I highly recommend this home for the next time you go to Whistler. You won't be disappointed!

Nice Unit at Valhalla with easy access to Village

Great location and unit is in good condition: Well-Appointed and comfortable. Fireplace control somewhat unpredictable when thermostat was turned on (sometimes there was a 3-5 minute delay before the flames ignited despite a healthy pilot light). Otherwise everything as expected and quality of linens and towels exceeded expectations. Will return again!

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. We will make every effort to replace your booking if successful we will refund your money minus a 1-night fee and all expenses.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Underground. Available lock up. No bikes permitted in the unit past entrance.
Check-In Time 4 PM. Check in advance for possible early arrivals
Check-Out Time 11 AM. Check in advance for possible late departures
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch are permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Housekeeping Cleaning is done after check out. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & Usage High-Speed Internet Included. Log on codes given with access info.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on the resort property. Please make sure you have your own travel insurance.
Locking Door Coded door for convenient access. Must lock at all times when not present in the unit.
Maintenance Emergencies We will send you contact numbers with reservation info.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 Total. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. The owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure. Everything has been inventoried
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied against the Owner as a result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing 1 assigned spot in gated underground. Extra underground parking spots in Visitors
Property Damage We reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect a $500.00 property damage deposit prior to arrival. If not collected damage will still be the responsibility of the client. Damage will be charged for includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Townhome contents have been inventoried. Any damage or missing items will be your responsibility.

Terms of Eviction Without further notice, we reserve the right to evict guests who receive more than 1 complaint about excessive noise and/or if the maximum number of guests is exceeded. The owners' discretion

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee If our property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund or be moved to a comparable property. If a comparable property is not available, the booking will be canceled with a full refund.
