to Birchnest, our beautiful 2 bedroom ski in/ski out vacation condo in beautiful Sun Peaks!

We think Sun Peaks is the best family resort in Western Canada and we have tried to match that by making our place feel comfortable without forgetting some pieces of extra premiumness that especially families know to appreciate. Birch tree has been our inspiration when furnishing our 2nd home and we hope that the combination of North American comfort and Scandinavian design details gives your vacation a nice extra flavour.

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals we've ever been to. Super central and convenient to everything. It was clean, spacious, super well stocked and had the fluffiest towels ever. Loved the hot tub, loved the full kitchen, loved the heated floors, loved the boot/glove dryer, loved the washer dryer.... Perfect place to get away during this restricted time, everything was self contained. Owners were very responsive and understanding as well. Emailed about the possibility of having to cancel because of the extended restrictions and was given a very reasonable solution, ended up going any ways though and glad we did. No complaints at all. And they won my kids over by leaving a giant welcome chocolate bar. 5 stars all the way!

This was a lovely place to stay, particularly if you like to ski, as access to skiing is minutes away (we timed it and from the front door of the condo to sitting on the Orient chair was 7.5 minutes - very fast!). The complex is quiet and well looked after. The accommodations themselves were great and any time we needed to communicate with the owners they responded straight away. We like to cook and were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. I would highly recommend The Birchnest to anyone and would definitely consider renting it again ourselves next time.

Settler's Crossing, a true ski in/ski out,  is a new condominium complex at Sun Peaks, located east of the main village near the base of the Morrissey chair.

Close enough to the Village to be convenient, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Damages:

Excessive Cleaning:

Assessed at checkout. Rental includes normal unit cleaning. Excessive cleaning costs will be evaluated and passed on to the registered guest.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
