to Birchnest, our beautiful 2 bedroom ski in/ski out vacation condo in beautiful Sun Peaks!
We think Sun Peaks is the best family resort in Western Canada and we have tried to match that by making our place feel comfortable without forgetting some pieces of extra premiumness that especially families know to appreciate. Birch tree has been our inspiration when furnishing our 2nd home and we hope that the combination of North American comfort and Scandinavian design details gives your vacation a nice extra flavour.

Our family fit perfectly in this unit, lots of space and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was very clean and private. Secure and heated parking was a treat. FYI Limited access to movies , no Netflix etc. Would book again, no hesitation.

47 was an awesome condo, it have everything we could have needed or wanted. A short walk to the village and a really short walk to the lofts. The place was really clean and well furnished. We had a great time at sun peaks and would love to come back. The hot tub was a great touch!

This is our home away from home, and we hope you enjoy your stay. There are a few simple rules that we'd like you to adhere to during your visit, so please review them beforehand. These policies are strictly enforced, and failure to meet them prior to arrival or during your stay will result in cancellation or eviction. Please note our home is restricted to sleeping a maximum of 7, and we require notification, immediately if your situation does not conform to this restriction.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations Made by Guests | All deposits are non-refundable. We will do our best to find replacement reservations for the same time period. If the property can be rebooked, then any payment will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & the rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products. |

COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |

Our unit has windows to both sides of the building, which brings in a lot of natural light.
The two bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the unit, both with their own bathrooms nearby.
The open space kitchen, dining and living area is very spacious and allows for flexibility depending on your needs at different times of the day.
Our deck is one of the biggest in the building and allows you to enjoy afternoon sun when using the hot tub.

Living Area
Living area has two couches, of which one can be turned into a double guest bed, round coffee table and a cozy area rug. Set around the fireplace and offers a view to the main slopes.
Dining Area
Dining table seats six persons and offers a nice setting for dining as well as family board games. Extra seating available for three persons at the kitchen counter.
Special Features
Our unit has a beautiful wooden floor in living/dining area. It doesn't just look and feel nice but is also very convenient in terms of allergies or children. We've added couple of area rugs for warmer feel for those cold days.
You will also love our birch-theme, which gives this unit a very special look and feel. While decorating our condo, we wanted to create a feeling of being in a cozy and comfortable place, tucked away from the hectic life of ours- just like being in a bird's nest high up in a birch tree. Just perfect for your dream vacation retreat.
