Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Housekeeping over and above the norm will result in extra billing withheld from damage deposit.

Mont Tremblant a Fun Summer Getaway

Our stay was fantastic, the property is located on a Golf course, this unit had a fabulous view of the mountains and we could not get enough of the early morning sunrise. The location was fantastic, 8 to 10 minutes to the slopes 5 minutes to Saint Joviat the shopping and restaurants.

Marc was extremely helpful and responded immediately via text, email and followed up with phone calls as soon as we needed any help. Made sure we got in without problems. Amazing response and service.

We are so impressed with our experience, we would not only return but would also highly recommend this property. We know it's a ski resort town, but we were surprised by the amount of fun activities in the summer and great Golf not to be missed.

I did not put all the stars to the property only because there was glass on the ground behind the nightstand in the room stuck to the bathroom. The rest was perfect. However we did not use the dishwasher or the clothes washer or dryer and no home either. The DVD controller was not working. We tried to use batteries of another controller but not working. The location was great, very nice and we recommend it to others. Thank you.


Je n'ai pas mis toutes les étoiles pour la propriété seulement parce qu'il y avait de la vitre à terre en arrière de la table de nuit dans la chambre collé sur la salle de bain. Le reste était parfait. Cependant nous n'avons pas utilisé le lave-vaisselle, ni la laveuse à linge, ni la sécheuse et pas le foyer non plus. La manette du DVD ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons essayé d'utiliser les batteries d'une autre manette mais ne fonctionnait pas plus. L'emplacement était super, très agréable et nous la recommanderons à autrui. Merci.

Ski Golf Oasis

We absolutely loved our winter wonderland mini vacation! The kids and I would go for hour long hikes in almost hip deep snow in the surrounding area. We followed deer prints, build snow homes and survived many imaginary adventures.

The apartment had everything to accommodate our hungry, tired and wet selves. It snowed 40 cm during the day and the snow was shuffled that night and the area cleared early the next morning.

Even though Tremblant is only a 10 minute drive from the ski hills, the days the kids and I didn't have a car, we were stranded at the apartment because there are no shops or cafes within walking distance.

Overall, we all won back some much needed sanity and I can't emphasize enough how accommodating and kind Marc was. Thanks a million!

The owner was very helpful and engaged prior to our arrival and made sure our stay met our needs. The condo was warm and relaxing on a very cold weekend. Close to the ski hills for us but great to see others snowshoeing along the golf fareways. The condo had everything we needed. Thinking of going back in the summer to play golf!

Great 2 bedroom condo that was beautifully decorated. Only 5 minutes to Mont-Tremblant for skiing, dining and entertainment. Only a short drive to the local grocery stores and additional restaurant options. Only concern I had was the TV in the family room was not always clear and distorted the faces on the screen. I would definitely stay at this condo again if we return to Mont-Tremblant and certainly recommend it to others.

Nous sommes allés en famille au Mont-tremblant et avons loué ce condo. Il est vraiment très bien situé et assez grand pour 6 personnes. Tout est propre et bien décoré. Les meubles sont malheureusement abîmés.mais c'Est normal considérant le fait que c'est pour louer. Marc Beaudry est un homme avec qui il est facile de s'entendre et il est vraiment très gentil. Je vais retourner à cet endroit c'est évident.

My friends and I spent several weeks looking for an appropriate condo/house in the Mt. Tremblant area for a ski/snowboarding trip over Presidents' Day Weekend. For a while we were hoping to get 2-4 couples together to rent a house, but when that didn't work out, we were left scrambling to try to find something that would accommodate two couples and a kid. We came across Marc's posting of his condo. I was sold on Marc's condo because: 1) the size was perfect for our needs; 2) the house looked great (fireplace is a must, as is WiFi); 3) the location was excellent (8 minute drive to the Resort and Town); 4) the cost was totally along the lines of what we were looking to spend; and most importantly 5) Marc was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made me feel comfortable about moving forward with the rental. Everything worked smoothly and seamlessly. Marc answered all of my questions in a timely manner, the pricing structure and return of the security deposit post-rental were easy to understand, and the house was in excellent condition when we finally did arrive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed to cook a meal and to just enjoy ourselves while we were there. Evenings were spent by the fireplace, sipping wine. When we had a question about the WiFi, I called Marc and he answered immediately to explain what I needed to know. It is now just a few days after we came back and I have already gotten back my security deposit, no issues there either. If this is the sort of weekend getaway you are looking for, this is your place.

I speak for myself and my family when I say that we had an aamzing time up in mont tremblant. The condo was amazing. Everything needed was there, and it was in a great location. The condo is well furnished, clean, organized and located in the perfect spot. I would recommend this to anyone who asked. We will be travelling up there again in the near future.
