Welcome to our home in Stoney Creek Sunpath, Whistler Village!

We hope you will enjoy the comfort of our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome and the convenience of being steps away from everything the village has to offer. From world class skiing, biking and golfing, to unique dining and shopping experiences, you can accomplish many amazing things without ever having to get in a vehicle.

There are many benefits of renting a vacation home vs. staying in a hotel. You can fit your entire family under one roof, avoid the environment that comes with noisy resorts and parking is free

Whistler fun

Thank you so much for a much needed family vacation! The location was just what we wanted. The condo could have been a bit larger for apre ski comfort for four adults. One other comment would be to get rid of all the harsh light bulbs and use softer lighting throughout the condo. Better knives would be appreciated for future visitors. The only other thing we needed when were there was a powder day or two!

We loved the location and layout of the condo. It was nice to find a place that was pet friendly and we even found a great dog walk service who took our little dog on an adventure hike for the day while we skied! The kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking ware and the hosts graciously left a treat basket for us to enjoy! My only recommendation is to leave a check out list and maybe replace the french press with one with a handle intact (we did use the awesome silicone pot holders to pour from the press).

Again, we loved the rental and the location. We were within a 5-10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and gondola. We hope to visit again!

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to see that renovations had been since our last stay. Everything was brand new, from the furniture to the appliances. We are a family of 4 with 2 dogs and while there is plenty of space it was a bit tight for us just because our kids are getting older and they prefer their own space. But we will definitely be coming back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Guest Parking free underground parking for a 2nd vehicle in any spot not marked RESERVED. Available first come first serve.
Hot Tub Open 8am-10pm. Please pack your flip flops and beach towels with you, as our bathroom towels are not intended to be outside the unit.

Secure Reserved Parking Stall #76 is our personal reserved spot.
Secure Ski and Bike Storage Please store skis and boards in our unit closet. Bikes need to be stored in one of the two secure storage areas accessible with the common area key. We highly recommend using a personal lock inside the storage area. A Bike washing area is available to use in the underground.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

2 night weekend stays (and 3 night Long Weekend stays) require a $350 security deposit.

Arrival Days Guests can arrive on any day of the week. There are no arrival day restrictions
Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 4% cancellation fee
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations For maximum fairness for all, we operate on a first come first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. The suite is reserved and unavailable for other guests.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Sent by email upon making balance of payment. Includes directions, contact numbers and access codes
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Will result in cancellation without a refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Reservation Changes Reservations can be changed based on our cancellation policies. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage Bikes are not allowed to be stored in our home at any time. Lockable bike storage areas are provided in the underground parkade and are available for use at the guests sole risk. We highly recommend using your own security lock device and removing any unsecured items (i.e. bike seats/tires).
Check-In Time 4:00PM.
Check-Out Time 10:00AM. Cleaning services are pre scheduled commitments. Late check-outs will result in a $45 cleaning fee.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Grounds for eviction without refund as per the Terms of Eviction. Please respect your neighbors. Guests are responsible for any property fines for excessive noise levied by the Security Company and/or Property Manager. The fine amount is $200 per incident.
Garbage Removal Guests are 100% responsible for discarding garbage and recyclables prior to check out. IItems may be placed in the cearly marked recpticals located in the underground parking area near the gate.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included . As a courtesy, we ask that guests leave the kitchen clean and start the dishwasher prior to their 10am checkout. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged in advance for a nominal fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact owners Sean or Kristin (24 hours) at any of the 3 numbers provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.

Property Damage Guest authorizes a credit card charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Guarantees Policies

If any amenity changes after you have confirmed your booking with payment, I will notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to cancel with a full refund.
Reservation Guarantee If our property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund, or be moved to a comparable property. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Weather Guarantee We cannot guarantee or provide refunds for weather conditions, which are out of our control. Whistler Village offers many enjoyable activities both in doors and out. Please insure you check road conditions and tire requirements prior to making your trip. If your vehicle is not equipped for driving in snow conditions, there are many affordable shuttle options available from the greater Vancouver area.
