Sunpath, located at the top centre of this map, is on the free Village Shuttle Bus route for those who choose to use it. The bus stop is across the street from Sunpath. The large V (Gondola Transit Exchange) is the bus loop beside the gondolas for both mountains. This is an option for small children or anyone who has difficulty walking even short distances.

This lovely 1 bedroom townhouse is centrally located in Whistler Village. This is an excellent choice for a single visitor, couples and families with young children. This unit has a very private aspect within Stoney Creek Sunpath with all windows looking out over trees and park.
During the pandemic the following policies will be in effect:
- To reduce contact the minimum stay will be 7 nights for most dates. This ensures there is not a rapid turnover of people in the unit.
- In order to reduce physical contact, there will be no midstay cleans regardless of how long the reservation is for. Rates reflect the reduced service level.
- There will be a minimum of 30 hours between reservations.
- Early check ins and late check outs may be limited in order to ensure adequate time between reservations and allow for safe entry into the unit of housekeeping staff.
- The pool and hot tub are closed indefinitely.
- Cancellation Policy: I give a full refund in the event of government ordered shut downs.
Stoney Creek Sunpath is located in the heart of Whistler Village and offers:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunpath. We have stayed at Whistler numerous times now, and this was the best place yet. The location was great, close to the village and the biking/walking trails. Kerry's lovely condo is now my favorite place to stay in Whistler. The condo is modern, clean, and well kept. Beds, (even the sofa bed) were super comfortable. The kitchen contains all the appliances, and utensils that you will ever need. It is even stocked with some basics, that you are free to use. The patio area is lovely. Ground floor and on a corner lot, so very private. It over looks a beautiful, well manicured, green area. The BBQ was a great asset as well.
The Stoney Creek Sunpath is in a very convenient location in the North Village. Lots of great restaurants only a 2 minute walk away. The main village is just a short 5 minute walk./
Kerry was very responsive to all of our questions, even before we booked her accommodations. She is prompt, and gives detailed instructions that even include travel directions, location of grocery stores in Whistler, and condo instructions. Stoney Creek Sunpath is centrally located in Whistler Village. Within a 5 minute walk from your door you reach all restaurants and services in the Village. The Upper Village is about 10 minute walk.
In winter it is just more than a 5 minute walk to the gondolas for both mountains. You can up and down load both gondolas all skiing season, giving you full skiing flexibility.
In the summer, it's a short ride over to the bike park. You are within walking distance of 2 golf courses. The Valley Trail is outside your doorstep for walking and cycling. Swimming at Lost Lake is a 15 minute walk along the Valley Trail, so there is no need to jockey for parking.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All deposits of 25% are non-refundable. All refunds are made by personal cheque. For reservations Nov 1- Apr 30: The deposit is non-refundable. If the balance is paid, the total amount is non refundable except if reservation is replaced. Refund equals value of reservation with which the cancelled booking is replaced minus 4% cancellation fee. May 1- Oct 31: If the balance is paid, refund of 50% minus 4% cancellation fee with minimum notice of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date.|

|Website Service Fee||Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||If cleaning required is more than the normal 2 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest. Including but not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Any extra cleaning costs to restore the townhouse to the same condition as it was upon check in.|
|Excessive Noise||Will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||There is a $20 charge for returning forgotten items to guests. Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathroom cleaned about every fifth day during your stay. The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Whistler Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||24 hour phone support.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4 people.|
|Property Damage||Guests assume all financial responsibility for any property damage incurred by you or your guests. While no damage deposit is requested, you are financially responsible for any damage incurred by you or your guests during your stay.|

Our unit is located on the ground floor of the Sunpath complex. As it is a corner suite it has a lot of windows and a sliding door to allow great sunlight. Comfortably sleeps four adults or a family of four. The unit has a private bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom and a washer and dryer. The living area is open concept with the kitchen, dining table and living room all in one space. The roomy foyer provides an out-of-the way area for wet shoes, boots and jackets.
