Welcome to the "Teddy Bear Suite".  This is my families private suite which has been decorated with beautiful snow scene and Teddy Bears.

We  proudly offer our suite to you and your family to enjoy.  Located Slopeside on Blackcomb, this ground level two bedroom suite is located on the forest side of the building with beautiful views of trees and an extra large private patio.   Even though there is easy access to the heated pool and hot tubs, it is far enough away to prevent viewing and  hearing the pool activities.

Great location and value. Second time staying at the Aspens in the end of Summer. Just a few minutes away to bike to tbe bike park. 3 hot tubs and good size pool for afterwards. The room had everything I needed and I appreciated the newer TV's which were easy to cast and connect to my phone. Bike storage down below with easy access. Just a short stroll down the hill trail to restaurants and shops. Another short walk to the main village. The beds were comfortable. Almost stayed again the next week but it was booked up. Will return again. Thank you for the great stay.

Getting To Our Home Once you Get to the Resort -------------------------------------------------------- As you drive into The ASPENS, there is a circular driveway. We have found it easier to unload from this loading area before parking in the underground parking lot. For your convenience, there are luggage carts available in the lobby. While unloading, please do not park in the fire lane, they are very strict and will tow your car. Please do not let your car idle while unloading. Idling cars will bring fumes into the building and nearby suites. After unloading, go directly to the suite, you do not need to check-in at the front desk. Enter the building at the front door, go past the front desk (on your right), turn right and go past the elevators through the double doors to the hallway, turn right. The suite is the first door on your left (Suite 120). Please see the attached combination instructions regarding your personalized door combination. After unloading, you can park your vehicle in the secured underground parking garage. NOTE: The Aspens lobby is open 24 hours. Damages:

Excessive Cleaning:

Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
