We had a fantastic stay at Sun Peaks this January. The unit had everything our family of 5 could need whilst there. We usually stay closer to the village but now that the Orient Express is open this location is perfect as you can literally ski out from the back of the building to the lift in the morning and then ski right back home at the end of the day.
The hot tub was great to soak in after a big day and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials.
We will definitely be returning!

The condo was exactly as it looked in the photos. Was really well set out for our family of 5.
It was cosy and warm and the hot tub was great. The hot tub company checked the hot tub every day which I liked very much and they happily answered some questions we had in relation to it also. There was plenty of detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher and toilet paper was well supplied also. Coming from overseas was great not to have to stock up on extras.
The location was perfect - about a 10-15 minute walk or stroll on the trail to the village which was so pretty. Easy to ski in and out of also. Would definitely come back and stay here. Andrea was prompt to refund our damage deposit which was also very much appreciated.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | $100.00. This will be deducted from your damage deposit |
Excessive Noise | Excessive noise will result in eviction. |
Garbage Removal | Tue and Fri. Garbage must be bagged-up and left inside 9:00 am - do not leave outside unit |

Up a flight of stairs brings you into the main floor with open concept living & dining area, adjoining is a full size gourmet kitchen with a large eating bar. The master bedroom equipped with ensuite, a second bedroom and bath for those extra guests.A double sofa bed in the living room allows for extra people to a maximum of 7. The hot tub is located on a private deck of the main living area and bedroom. All areas have amazing views of Mt. Morrisey

About Us
We are the Dingemans Family and happy to welcome you to our moutain home "Dingemans Den". We consist of Jan and Marjolein and our two boys JanJacob and Thuen and our Golden Retriever, "Buck".
Living in a tiny country like Holland, with a population density similar to Bangladesh, we are overwhelmed time and time again, by the incredible beauty and vastness of Canada and the friendliness of the Canadians and their laid back approach!
Finding our Den in Settlers Crossing was a dream come true!
Being both lawyers and accustomed to a busy and scheduled life with two wild boys, we are always happy to come to Sun Peaks - being together, skiing in winter and walking the mountains and ramble the area in summer and we think of nothing else!!
