We had a fantastic stay at Sun Peaks this January. The unit had everything our family of 5 could need whilst there. We usually stay closer to the village but now that the Orient Express is open this location is perfect as you can literally ski out from the back of the building to the lift in the morning and then ski right back home at the end of the day.

The hot tub was great to soak in after a big day and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

We will definitely be returning!

Great stay over Christmas and New Year

The condo was exactly as it looked in the photos. Was really well set out for our family of 5.

It was cosy and warm and the hot tub was great. The hot tub company checked the hot tub every day which I liked very much and they happily answered some questions we had in relation to it also. There was plenty of detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher and toilet paper was well supplied also. Coming from overseas was great not to have to stock up on extras.

The location was perfect - about a 10-15 minute walk or stroll on the trail to the village which was so pretty. Easy to ski in and out of also. Would definitely come back and stay here. Andrea was prompt to refund our damage deposit which was also very much appreciated.

Getting To Our Home Once you Get to the Resort -------------------------------------------------------- Once at Sun Peaks drive past the Village Day Lodge to the stop sign, turn right on Valley Drive stay to your right and drive over the skiers underpass, you are now at "Stones Throw" complex. Drive past to the next complex which is "Settlers Crossing". Turn left into the complex , go straight to the end, parking is located in the underground parkade. Once parked, proceed up the flight of stairs. Settlers Crossing #11 entrance is located at the front of the building. Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
