Welcome to our Whistler Condo, we have added many personal touches to make this feel like your home away from home.  We have setup our condo so it is easy to book, and check-in.  Whistler Reception Services, ensures a professional and personal experience upon arrival in Whistler, they will provide you with keys, parking, and condo instructions, as well as concierge services, Whistler Reception Services will also be your in-resort contact for any housekeeping, maintenance, or security issues.

We have added Free Highspeed Internet, an Espresso Machine, Complimentary Starbucks Coffee, and flavorings for a great start to your day in Whistler.  Our cabinets are full of books, games, and some of our favorite movies, to help you relax after a day on the slopes.  We have decorated the condo with Jason's photography from around Whistler, as well as unique art pieces.  The upgrades have been done to give this an executive feel, all at rates competitive with non-upgraded owner direct vacation rentals units, and at considerable savings to hotels around Whistler.


Our condo is centrally located and is steps to groceries, shopping and restaurants, and a short walk or shuttle ride to the lifts.  This means you can take the bus to Whistler, or park your car for the duration of your stay because Whistler Village is at your doorstep.

Our Condo has an open layout with high ceilings and large windows to make it bright and spacious. 

Upon entry to the condo, the bathroom is on the right, with the Master Bedroom directly ahead, the open kitchen is to the left, and the dining and living areas are completely open, the Balcony is located off of the living room, and connects to the Master Bedroom.  The fireplace is the located in the center of the Living Room.

Market Pavillion is located adjacent to Marketplace Center, which means less than 2 minute walk to Groceries, restaurants, video store, liquor store, coffee shops, and various shopping.  The shuttle is located out the front door, and it is a short walk to the ski lifts, bus depot, convention center, hiking trails, and golf courses.

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 4% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations For maximum fairness for all, we operate on a first come first serve basis and do not. The first party to book the property by making payment gets the dates in question.
Delayed Arrivals non-refundable. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bikes stored on Balcony. Bikes must be clean and carried to balcony, guest are responsible for damages and dirt in suite caused by bikes
Check-In Time 4pm. Check with Whistler Reception Services in advance about possible early check-in
Check-Out Time 11am. Check with Whistler Reception Services in advance about possible late check-out
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Credit Card Imprint at Check-in. Guest responsible for excess cleaning charges
Excessive Noise Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Housekeeping Provided prior to check-in and after check-out. Addititional Cleanings can be pre-arranged and maybe subject to additional cleaning fees
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guests release property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Locking Door Guests to lock doors when not in suite including check-out. guests should always lock doors, including while in suite
Maintenance Emergencies Whistler Reception Services.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Max Sleeping Capacity is 4. Exceptions can be made for infants and small children
Missing Items Guests responsible for replacement costs upon departure.
Property Damage Guests are responsible for all property damages. A credit card imprint and $500 hold is required at check-in and authorization that quest is responsible for all damages
Rental Accommodation Zoning This condo is zoned for nightly accomodations.
Terms of Eviction More than one complaint from security will result in eviction.

Spacious and bright unit with extra high ceilings in the middle of everything Whistler provides. Super comfy bed with lots of closet space, no dresser though if thats what you like. There is only a dinner table for 2 but that was fine as we ate our meals in the living room. Fancy espresso maker that was stocked and easy to use. Kitchen was filled with all the basics. Nice TV and quick internet. Ski equipment could be kept in the entrance hallway which was nice to not have to worry about theft from a common locker room like most places. Wonderful artwork through out the condo done by the owner. Great outdoor hot tub with private showers and washrooms to change. Cute little deck that over looks Main Street. Lots of small eateries downstairs, something for everyone. Not even 5 mins away from a major grocery store, liquor store, bank, starbucks and drugstore. Outside noise is a little loud but thats what happens when you stay in the heart of the action (plows, delivery trucks). Free shuttle to the mountain around the corner if you don't like exercise. FOB was required, not a actual key, to enter parking, elevator and unit which made me worried every time I left the place. ($150 replacement) I would stay here again tho.

Great location

Firstly, the location really suited our needs with two youngsters- away from the nightclubs and noise, yet everything still within a very easy walking distance. Good parking below, with a secure lift to the ground and accommodation floors. The apartment is long and narrow, but very cosy and the ample windows ensure it is bright and feels warm- the excellent central heating ensures it really is as warm as you want, too. Whistler is small enough that nothing is really more than a pleasant 10 minutes walk away, and the fact there are probably 20 good eating places within a gentle stroll, plus the supermarket is literally next door, means this condo is very well placed for couples and small families.

There were a couple of negatives- not enough to put us off going back again, but worth noting: although it does sleep four comfortably, there is table seating only for two, which makes mealtimes for four a little challenging. The kitchen is chaotic and cramped and echoes the general vibe of the place- way too many personal odds and ends which makes the place a little cluttered- finding things in the kitchen required hunting through loads of well-intended but old "stuff". Nothing a few well-needed replacements (e.g. cooking utensils) and a good sort-out (e.g. the copious Starbucks cups and glasses!!) couldn't remedy.

Having said that, the place was well-priced for our needs and delivered pretty much what we expected- a great little vacation in Whistler.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The location was fantastic as it is in such close proximity to the IGA shopping centre and only a 5 or so minute walk to the main gondolas and ski lifts. Would definately recommend this property for anyone wanting a great time in whistler.

The condo is close to the Olympic plaza, tons of coffee shops and restaurants, and is a quick walk to the convention centre and to the main gondola. I've stayed here 3 years in a row, and the condo has everything I could need for a long weekend get away.

We really loved the suite and all the amenities were great clean and well outfitted in an excellent location we would definetly stay here again.We had a bit of trouble finding Whistler Guest Services to pick up the keys there is no addresses on the building but a quick phone call fixed that...on a personal note the bed was a little hard for my liking but everything else was wonderful...thanks again

Cute and Functional Unit in Whistler Village

A relatively short walk to the gondolas, this unit features secured underground parking, a gas fireplace, a small but usable deck, HDTV with DVR, high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi, and quiet bedroom. Everything was in order, nothing was broken, and the overall experience was positive. Would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Keep in mind that there is very little storage space in the unit for clothes so you'll either be hanging stuff up in the bedroom closet or living out of your luggage - but then again, the whole point of visiting Whistler is to spend as much time as possible out and about, right?

Very comfortable!

I booked this property for my family based on the location, reviews and the pictures provided. The 12-ft ceiling makes the place seem bigger than it is. Everything was in good working order. The kitchen was well-appointed, complete with a rice cooker and a handy Calphalon wok! Loved the fireplace! My son watched basketball every night and we availed of some of the DVDs offered during our 6-night stay.

Jason and Sharon took time to give pointers on how to make things comfortable for us during our stay, and for them after we leave. And they were very responsive from the time I booked the property until I checked out (the reception desk had to contact them on my behalf on New Year's Eve and we received a response right away!). One suggestion: As there is no dresser provided, it would be nice to have at least 1 shelf available in the bedroom closet for the guests to use.

Long weekend stay at whistler

For the second year in a row, I have stayed in this condo for the BC long weekend. It is close to shops and restaurants, and is 10 min walk to the conference centre. It has everything you would need, which helped make it a stress free, relaxing long weekend in Whistler.

Very convenient to everything, summer or winter. We stayed here during ski season and again in the summer during IRONMAN. Air conditioner cools the place well during the heat. Fireplace is great in the winter. Compact but comfortable. Some storage space for food, clothes would be helpful.

Very comfortable, great location to the lifts, ski in, 2 minute walk to ski out and that lift is not so busy, very enjoyable unit with good amenites, pleasant outlook, washing downstairs the only slight inconvenience. Nice outdoor hot tub and pool was nice but wished it was warmer.

Perfect home away from home. Beautifully decorated, very clean spacious condo. The location is perfect!! Jason and Sharon are very thoughtful with all the little extras (games, books, movies, etc). Kitchen is very well stocked with all the dishes, spices, coffees and teas you would need. Love the espresso/coffee maker and fireplace after a day of activities. We loved the condo.
