This penthouse is well appointed with modern furnishings, appliances and electronics with a warm and inviting décor of natural wood timbers and colors. Our spacious home has a large entrance way with boot room, heated tile floor, and plenty of closet space with entry way to the 3rd bedroom and main guest bathroom. The foyer continues into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Large cathedral windows let in plenty of light and the fantastic view of the Monashee Mountains. Deck with BBQ is accessible from the dining room. Past the dining room are the King Master Bedroom and the Queen Master Bedroom, both with full ensuites. A large, covered deck with private 6-person hot tub which overlooks the ski run and views of the mountains.

During our recent stay at Southpoint 26, we were impressed by its exceptional amenities and location. From kitchen essentials to cozy linens this unit is incredibly well-stocked.

The highlight, undoubtedly, is the breathtaking view. Waking up to such scenic beauty was a treat. The ski-in/ski-out feature is a game-changer, offering direct access to the slopes.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The proximity to the gondola is another perk; just a short walk away, our trips to the village were quick and effortless, allowing us to enjoy the local atmosphere without any hassle.

After a long day on the mountain, the large hot tub was a haven for soothing our muscles. Its size and jet strength were perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The layout and size of the rental provide both privacy and communal areas, ideal for family or friends. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great property, we would stay here again, but 2 things need to be improved. The mattresses are in need of replacement, the one in the 2nd bedroom is particularly hard. The kitchen needs to be restocked with new stuff. What is provided is outdated and not up with luxury standard of this property.

The penthouse was absolutely perfect for us - like home from home. The welcome pack was much appreciated. It is huge and generously equipped in every way. It’s in a quiet location and the ski in/out is very easy. For non skiers it’s just a short walk to the bottom of Lara’s gondola. Highly recommended.
