The place was big, clean and easy to get in and out. My only slightly negative point would be that if you have children and you like to stay up a little later than them, it will be tough cause the sound travels quite a bit into the kids rooms. Still by the third night they were so tired, it wasn’t an issue and I still give it 5 stars.

Our spacious home has a large entrance way with boot room, tiled floor, and plenty of closet space with entry ways to the 3rd bedroom and main bathroom. The foyer continues into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Large cathedral windows let in plenty of light and the fantastic view of the Monashee Mountains. Deck with BBQ is accessible from the dining room. Past the dining room are the master bedroom and the queen room, both with full ensuites. Large covered deck with private 8 person hot tub is accessed from the end of the hallway.

Location

South Point is perfectly located for convenient walking or gondola access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, restaurants and Kids Centre. You can ski, sled or walk back from the Village over the SkiersBridge or down Gondola Way.  Free shuttle bus also runs throughout the mountain everyday.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking lot.

Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items, which depending on value, may be in excess of the stated damage deposit.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $2,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Our spacious home has a large entrance way with boot room, heated tile floor, and plenty of closet space.  There is an additional entry to the ensuite 2d mater bedroom.  The main entrance foyer provides access to the third bedroom (with bunks) and the main bathroom (with steam shower).  The foyer continues into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room.  Large cathedral windows let in plenty of light and the fantastic view of the Monashee Mountains.  A protected deck with gas BBQ is accessible from the dining room.  Past the dining room is the main ensuite master bedroom and the second ensuite master (queen) bedrooms.  Finally, there is entry at the end of the hallway to the large covered deck with private 8 person hot tub.
