Southpoint is a really good location on the mountain for people who have kids. True ski in ski out. Also easy 2 min walk to the Gondola base for access to the village and restaurants without your skis on. We will book here again

We've stayed at other Southpoint condos before. This one offers a great location - easy ski-in/ski-out access, high ceilings in the living room, corner windows from which to watch the gondola, ice rink, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked. Hot tub was in good condition. The unit was pretty clean, but shows some signs of wear. The only real downsides were the lack of window covering for the arched window in the master bedroom, the not very comfortable master bed, and the really sad sofa bed in the second bedroom. We had our son sleep on the sofa bed, but wouldn't wish that on anyone. I would still recommend the unit, but hopefully the owners will replace the sofa bed.

Purchasing a day ticket at Big White Ski Resort just got a whole lot easier, more affordable, and more safe. The NEW Big White Day Ticket will be available for online purchase only starting October 20.

To Purchase an online day ticket:

  1. Head to

  3. Each person must setup an individual profile so that every ticket is assigned to a guest.
  4. Enter your payment details and automatically receive 25% off retail price.
  5. Upon purchase, you'll receive a barcode on your mobile device (or print out, if you prefer!).
  6. When it is time to head to the mountain, proceed directly to one of our new Big White Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located around the resort.
  7. Scan your digital barcode at the pick-up boxes to receive your physical ticket.
  8. Head direct to lift and enjoy your day on the mountain.
  9. Please ski and ride with care and abide by the alpine responsibility code.

Once you have purchased on online day ticket, you can reload the physical card one day at a time, using the WTP number found on the front of the card. Due to possible limited capacity, there may be limited number of tickets available every day so we recommend that you purchase well in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets MUST be purchased online as ticket windows will not be open. Customer service will be available over the phone to assist you.

All tickets are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferrable and MUST be used on the date selected. Be sure you have only one ticket on you at all times as multiple tickets will prevent you going through the gate seamlessly. Please take a photo of the front of your ticket, as it makes it easier to replace if lost.

Arrival Days There are currently no restrictions regarding the day of guest arrival.
Cancellations Made by Guests

All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products.

Covid 19 Policies:

We wish to ensure our guests feel confident that they can book with peace of mind knowing we are making efforts to be as flexible as possible in these uncertain times. If your country, government, or airline has an official “nonessential travel restriction” in place for the dates of your travel a refund less a 5% processing fee is offered. This policy applies up to 90 days before the booked arrival date.

Between 90 days and your arrival date guests will receive a 100% booking credit for the amount paid towards a booking for the same property for future travel up to 12/18 months from the cancelation date. Or you can receive a refund of 95% of the value of the booking less applicable fees. This policy applies ONLY if the following restrictions are in place for your booked dates of accommodation " travel is prohibited due to Covid-19 by governments and or health authorities and or if social gathering limits are imposed that apply to Vacation Accommodation limits that would prohibit your group from gathering"

Examples of restrictions:

  • If travel is restricted due to Covid-19 by governments and or provincial health authority restrictions.
  • Government Advisories prohibiting nonessential travel to or from your region
  • Government travel bans, border closures within Canada or from your home country
  • Extensive minimum quarantine periods on either end of travel
  • Airline schedule changes which will not enable you to arrive and depart on your planned dates
    • Credits will be offered only for number of days you were not able to stay in the accommodation for your booked dates due to airline-imposed flight schedule changes
  • Limits of gathering specific to Vacation Accommodation limits as per the Public Health Authority in BC
    • Current guidelines state "Vacation Accommodation is limited to the stated occupancy of the property + 6 visitors at any given time"

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be recharged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.
Reservation Changes Your reservation can be changed if it is in compliance with our cancellation policy. Please note that your deposit for your revised reservation is calculated on your original reservation amount.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking lot.
Housekeeping For the duration of the 2021/2022 season we will not be providing any additional housekeeping services to guests during their stay in the unit. Special requests for additional supplies will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure safety protocols can be observed for both guests and our staff. If you have specific questions or requests, please contact us.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items, which depending on value, may be in excess of the stated damage deposit.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $2,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Property Details

This is an upper unit townhome with ground level entry from either the heated garage or the front door. Once inside, there is a bench and a large closet where you can store your boots, shoes and coats. Imagine the convenience of leaving your wet clothing in this boot area (with heated slate floors) prior to entering the living space upstairs! Walk upstairs and turn right into the large open plan living-room, kitchen and dining area with 24 foot cathedral ceilings with stunning views over Happy Valley and the Monashee Mountains. The private Deck hosts a large 6-8 person Hot Tub, DCS BBQ and Beautiful Views! At the top of the stairs and to the left are two large two Bedrooms also with vaulted wooden ceilings, the laundry closet and two full bathrooms with a steam shower in the master bedroom ensuite and heated slate floors in both. There is a ski locker just outside the front door.

Hello and thank you for visiting our website. We are from Seattle, Washington and love spending our winter family vacations at Big White! We started skiing and boarding at Big White 5 years ago with our 2 young children, who absolutely LOVE the childrens center. We believe Big White is unique in that it offers big mountain skiing with a small, family friendly village...and the snow is AMAZING! Big White is truely a ski in/ski out village with runs that offer the enthusiast of every level a challenge and great SNOW experience. We love our new home at Southpoint and hope you will as well.
