New Year's Big White

Our family of 4 vacationed here for the 2020 New Year. The condo is well equipped and taken care of, just as the photos show. The hot tub was a nice touch, with a great view of the New Year's fireworks. It's a short walk up the road in order to ski down to the gondola. Skiing in is not a problem, just keep up your momentum on the crossover trail ;) We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay over spring break...compared to other places weâ??ve stayed in the past this was refreshing because it literally had everything we needed.,,.down to Gary telling me there was already coffee at the condo I didnâ??t need to buy any. We had a range of ages staying and it was good for all. This kids even enjoyed using the pool one morning.

We had a couple non-skiers with us and the comfort of the place provided them a great vacation too. The only thing that would have helped us would be a later check out time....given we had some in our group not hitting the hill they had to find somewhere to hang out for the whole day after checkout.

Fantastic owners! Nice of Gary to check in on us part way through the week.

Big White Holiday at Raven

A lovely fully furnished apartment, comfortable bed, beautiful and warm, even though outside temps dropped to ~-20c. The under floor heating was amazing. Kitchen was great, everything you could need (we did do a reasonable amount of cooking). The owners were available both via email and phone, and even dropped in for a chat to make sure everything was up to scratch. Thanks Garry and Ed.

The indoor salt water swimming pool and exercise room will be a great hit with the family.  Along with some of the best Champayne Powder available on the planet; your stay will be one to remember!  cheers

Reservation Changes Your reservation can be changed if it is in compliance with our cancellation policy. Please note that your deposit for your revised reservation is calculated on your original reservation amount.
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, unauthorized pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.

Our home is on the third floor with a south eastern exposure. Private entrance into foyer with closet that flows into the open and bright living, dining, and kitchen space. Centrally located, the main bathroom and the in-suite laundry are off the kitchen area. Master bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom located off central hallway. Situated between the living room and the kitchen, the solid wood dining table seats 6. This fabulous space is bright and appealing for family meals, entertaining, playing games or surfing the Internet.

Unbelievable view of the Monashee Mountains and weekly Fire Works Display.  Private patio with a 6 man hot tub offering 38 jets, waterfalls, and fiber optic lights located off the living room for easy access. The Kitchen offers Black Granite countertops, additional stock of  dishes, cookware, champane, wine, and martini glasses, as well as a slowcooker. The Master Bed has an added layer of Memory foam to ensure a restfull night sleep.
