Spacious 1047 square foot condo located on the 2nd floor with a South Eastern exposure, facing the mountains. Entrance foyer with large closet carries through to the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. On the left side of the foyer are the bedrooms. The Bunkroom, Queen room and Master bedroom with ensuite. The main bathroom is on the left side of the foyer behind the dining room. Private deck with Hot tub and BBQ is off the living room and over looks the Monashee mountains.

Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom SECOND level home is modern, stylish and comfortable.  Views to the east and south overlooking Happy Valley area.

Sleeping 9 comfortably in the Queen in Master, Single/double bunk in the 2nd Bedroom , Queen in the 3rd Bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Discounted Lift Tickets: The Biggie Card is your way to savings !!! YOU MUST GET IT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT BIG WHITE SKI RESORT. Cards can be reloaded from a cell phone or a computer once you have created a profile. It takes 30 minutes for the data to be processed and reach out gates.

 Here's what you need to know about the Biggie Card:

  • Direct to lift ski ticket – no need to stand in line.
  • Reloadable – the more you reload the more you save and it must be done up to 30 minutes before you approach a lift.
  • NO Blackout dates so you save everyday.
  • Offers great savings over regular and amazing pricing over peak periods.
  • Can be reloaded via website or mobile with the creation of a profile – that is what people forget to do, you must create a profile to reload.
  • Reloaded pass can take up to 30-45mins to become active (Excluding any issues with payment etc.).
  • Cannot be reloaded through any of our ticket offices (unless the guest is having issues).
  • Biggie Cards only available from ski shops listed (located on the right had side of the site) on the following website:

Location

The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge. Happy Valley is a perfect location, it's lots of fun and central offering many non-skiing activities including the huge outdoor Skating rink, Mega Coaster tube rides and Cross Country Trails.  The Raven is a short walk to the Gondola which will take you (in just 5 minutes) to the village where you'll find many restaurants, the kids centre and the ski/board school and grocery store.

Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage.  On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.

PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY, particularly our cancellation policy. These policies are strictly enforced. Failure to meet them prior to your arrival or during your stay will result in either cancellation or eviction. Minimum age for guests is 25, unless accompanying parents/guardians. We do not require a deposit in advance for damages. By booking with us you agree to pay charges up to $1000.00 for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.

Arrival Days There are currently no restrictions regarding the day of guest arrival.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible. Use of common facilities is at your own risk. Please obey posted rules and regulations.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate toward your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Maximum Sleeping Capacity 9 People. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorise credit card charge for replacement of missing items. We will notify you in advance of any charges.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 10.00pm to 7.00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11.00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 10.00pm out of respect for neighboring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guest will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,NO smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside (subject to a minimum fine of $100), unauthorized pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Reservation Guarantee If a situation arises that is out of our control, we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products or services.

Spacious 1204 square foot second floor condo with private deck, hot tub and BBQ.  The Master bedroom has a private ensuite with steam shower enclosure. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are very close to the main bathroom with bath tub and shower. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas have a large open plan layout with good light and plenty of space.
