Welcome to Montebello, conveniently located just north of the main village within a short 3-5 minute walk to the village amenities and another 7-10 minute walk to the mountain base. Enjoy the comforts of this fully equipped mountain resort townhome with heated slate floors, a river rock fireplace, and a private hot tub. The home features 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a den /bedroom) that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The ground level welcomes you into an expansive entranceway with a large closet for storing sporting equipment and clothing. Off the entranceway is the first bedroom (den) with a large sectional, TV, and murphy bed. A shared bathroom and the laundry closet are located in the lower foyer leading to the lower bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, which can be converted into two twin beds upon request, with a private ensuite bathroom, TV, and access to the back patio with a private hot tub. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds, which can be converted into a king upon request.
Follow the stairs to the top level of this townhome and be welcomed by warming mountain décor into the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Centered on a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, the living area offers a cozy retreat. The fully equipped kitchen offers an abundance of space for cooking and serving meals around the large dining table with mountain views. A small private balcony holds a BBQ and bistro seating area. A powder room is conveniently located at the top of the stairs for guests. A very spacious master bedroom suite is located off the main living area with a large private ensuite bathroom and TV with private forested views.

- There is private parking for one vehicle on the driveway, and additional parking is available in the complex visitor parking spots (first-come, first-serve, but generally available). The garage is not accessible.
LOCATION
- WALKING / BIKING: Guests can walk/bike the Valley Trail (Whistler's walking and bike path) to the village. It takes approximately 8 minutes to walk and 3 minutes to bike to the village. Guests can continue along the valley trail to the base of Whistler, this takes approximately 20 minutes to walk and 6 minutes to bike.
- DRIVING: The village and main lifts are roughly a 3-minute drive away. There is free parking available for the mountain in lot 6 & 7. Please contact us if you have any questions about parking in and around the village.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location. Very spacious and well designed. Worked well for 6 adults. Nicely appointed kitchen for cooking. Quick walk to local bus to get to the ski lifts. Easy walk into the village. A five minute walk to Nesters (grocery store). Property Manager and Whistler Accommodation staff were responsive to issues. Welcome gifts a nice touch upon arrival.
