We stayed here for 20 nights and it was great, just are per the description. There were six in our group (2 couples and 2 teenagers and the bedroom arrangement was great, plenty of room for everybody. Hope we can get back next year.

We are a few minutes' walk to all the Village amenities and the free Village Shuttle Bus. The Valley trail is just across the street. To use the maps, click on the map image, and then click on the area you want to zoom in to! We are located in the Montebello section labeled as Montebello Property in red. Our home is a 5-10 min. walk or a shuttle to the shops, restaurants, valley trail, parks, lakes and alpine lifts!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less a 5% processing fee if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refund values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations and less processing fees. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Requested dates are not placed on hold prior to payment unless specifically negotiated in advance as this site allows for live reservations.
Delayed Arrivals Delayed arrivals are not a problem. Refunds will not be issued for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property. We reserve the right to deny check in with no refund, of guests that do not meet the age requirements and proper identification.

Property Sale Property Sale or inhabitable /damaged: in the event that the property is damaged or sold, we will assist in attempting to relocate you to one of our comparable properties. Alternatively, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products.
Reservation Changes Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Montebello and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area prior to departure.
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival and departure and mid week for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed internet.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Maintenance Emergencies Notify local contact. Emergency numbers are listed in the welcome package
Maximum Sleeping Capacity
Missing Items Guests will be responsible for all items that are missing from this property on departure.
Noise Restrictions No excessive noise causing disturbances is tolerated. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. Multiple noise complaints may result in an eviction with no refund. Please note quite time is between 10 pm and 8 AM.
Parking & Ticketing There is parking for 1 vehicle in the private driveway. There is additional non reserved parking for guests across the street and throughout the area.
Policy Updates Policies are updated frequently.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Our townhome has a ground floor entrance with heated slate floors. A separate boot and ski storage area and washer / dryer. There are 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor plus a den. #1 bedroom has 2-twins (or king upon request) and TV. #2 bedroom has 1 king (or 2 twins upon request) a full ensuite bathroom and TV in the room, #3 den has a queen wall bed and 60" TV / Xbox. The second floor is a large open concept living / kitchen area with heated slate flooring and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters. #4 master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom and large flat screen TV / hd TV. There is a private deck with a BBQ off the living room with fantastic views of Blackcomb Mountain. The living area has a large flat screen TV. The dinning area has a large 8 person dinning table great for entertaining
