Welcome to our spectacular Whistler Retreat. Our home Conveniently located in Whistler Village North just minutes from shops, restaurants and ski lifts. Our condo is spacious and comfortable with many personal additions.

It offers our guests the choice to truly enjoy all that Whistler has to offer or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of it all. The TV you see in the photo was just replaced with a 42" Plasma TV and also a new stereo with ipod dock. Unit has free Wifi!

We have been to Whistler at least ten time and this is by far our favorite place! Everything exceeded our expectations! Kim was fantastic to work with!! If you want a great place that is spotless and right in the middle of Whistler this is the place for you! We tried to get it another 3 days but it was already booked. I hate to write this great review because I would like to keep this place for us and not tell the world! It is better than a 5 star place!!!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information provided when final balance of payment has been made. Instructions come via separate email and are entitled
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Please take garbage down to bin located on parking ramp.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure, midstay clean on bookings of 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner or property manager will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door does not lock automatically upon exit. Please manually lock door.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact us with any emergencies.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 persons strictly enforced.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions 10pm-8am.
Parking & Ticketing Free reserved underground parking for one vehicle. Guest parking is first come first serve.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.
