The Alpenglow is an 85 room lodge situated between Village North and the Whistler Village. The Alpenglow offers comfort and elegance to bring you a truly unforgettable vacation getaway. Treat yourself to a sauna, or relax in the steam room. There’s also a hot tub to soak in at the end of a day of skiing or hiking. It boasts one of the best fitness rooms surrounded by evergreen trees. There’s also a beautiful lap pool. There is cable TV/VCR, air conditioning, a bike/ski storage and secure underground parking.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Guests may make reservations any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance of payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week, therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. Refunds are not provided for arrival delays. 3rd party travel insurance is recommended
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed upon receipt of balance of payment. Access codes are air mailed with your receipt for payment at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When a booking is made online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to follow all policies and pay for any damages and/or missing items
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bikes must not be taken into our elevators or apartment or stored on the balcony. A locked bike storage cage is available in the parking garage for use by all apartments in our development. Bikes may be secured to racks installed in the cage but you will need to provide your own locking equipment.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm,. An earlier check-in may be possible if we are not booked the night before - please check with us 1 or 2 days before your arrival date
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. A additional $50 charge will occur if cleaners arrive and room is not vacated .
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise The Alpenglow is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited.Guests will also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company.
Garbage Removal Please ensure all garbage is removed when you check out. Remove all garbage to the garbage room located in the parking garage
Housekeeping Cleaning service will clean unit upon departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless Internet is available from a 3rd party provider at a nominal fee.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on the property, in the unit or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Please keep the doors and windows locked while out of the unit. You are responsible for ensuring our property is secure when you check out.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hr service . Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 3/4. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize the cost of any missing items on their credit card.
Noise Restrictions Building Restrictions.
Parking & Ticketing Pay Parking. A parking fee of $15 per day is charged for use of the secured parking garage.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, missing garage key, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is legally zoned for short term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 4 overnight occupants without our permission. You will be evicted for excessive noise, property damage or disturbing the peace or more than 3 adults sleeping in the unit

Guarantees Policies

My Web Site Guarantee I guarantee that I will honour all rates posted on my web site at the time that your reservation request is submitted. If any amenity changes after you have confirmed your booking with payment, I will notify you in advance and give you an opportunity to cancel with a full refund.
Reservation Guarantee Property Damage - We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
