Ski in Ski out: This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in Glacier Lodge, a true ski-in/ski-out property at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Situated on the top floor this end unit condo over looks the upper village stroll boasting coffee shops, restaurants and retail below. This unit has air conditioning for the hot summer months and a cozy gas fireplace for the winter.

The main floor features an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with access to a private balcony. A queen sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping for up to 6 guests total. A full bathroom with combo shower and tub is on this level. Off the living/dining area is the spacious master bedroom with TV and private ensuite bathroom with stand-up glass shower. Secondary access to the balcony is off the master bedroom as well. Upstairs is the second bedroom which over looks the living and dining area through windows. This loft style bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together as a king upon request, a TV and closet. The windows and door can be closed for quietness and privacy.


Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets,  pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.

Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

Good accommodation, accurately described. Very comfortable beds. Water pressure is poor in showers. Usable, but disappointedly weak. Couches in living space a bit grubby. Main areas for improvement are the common areas of the complex. We've been staying at Glacier Lodge for 7 years now and they have not changed at all in that time. Long overdue for a revamp to improve the experience for what is sold as a premium location.

This is our second stay at this unit. The location is great. Close to everything. Just 10 minute walk to the village, walking distance to lost lake and very close to gondola. The unit is very roomy and well laid out. Air conditioning in the summer is a bonus. Kitchen has almost everything you need to prepare all your meals if you wish to eat in.There is a liquor store in the building, a market just steps away and several restaurants nearby. There is a front desk staff who are very helpful.

Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Cleaning:

If the unit is left in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness the card holder of the damage deposit will be responsible and charged $30/HR.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
